Claimed to have tried delivering my package 2x. Did not leave a door tag or nothing. I live at a motel which stays open. The delivery proof was a black picture for both deliveries. They keep putting bogus attempted delivery on the website. Attached is one of the deliveries they claimed to have done. Denver FED EX IS HORRIBLE! Guess the driver just didn’t want to drive to Aurora.

Such a great staff!!! I had one of the most weird issues with my package from Spain, but the staff resolved it for me by prioritizing their customer need, way to go FedEx team :)

They don't print here so make sure you have a label. Rep was short and seemed irritated. I'd go somewhere else.

I had a messed up shipment coming in. It was a hassle to figure out what was going on. But the staff is super helpful and they made it easy. Great experience!

Package wasn't delivered. Told address was bad, but after confirming, the address was fine... was told by 3 FedEx customer support agents that my roommate with my ID could pick it up here... after driving to the facility, Dave at the front refused to give my roommate the package... he said the tracking # and ID was not enough and refused to hand over my package... now I need to wait till Monday to get a package that I paid for express shipping... thanks Dave for not helping.

Fed ex and there employees must be the laziest people I have ever heard of. The driver that delivered my sons package literally sat it next to the secure package container box that you have to put a code in to get your package out of. That is for all courier NOT an Amazon exclusive box. They sat in on the side of took a picture and sent conformation 2 hours later. My sons package was stolen when calling there custome service the automated system was a joke and than they said there was nothing they were going to do because they delivered the package even tho they can see it was not delivered correctly. Not the first time this has happened with fed ex. Crazy how everyone else can get it but there drivers just don't. Even crazier is he was right there he couldn't be bothered to scan into the secure box a whole one extra step. Joke if a company seriously

FedEx is the worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with. I've had multiple issues with them in the last few weeks. Turns out the drivers refuse to accept the online signature for packages, despite the website stating that it was valid. And when I decided I didn't want to deal with that again, I requested my next package to be held at the nearest location to me. Not only did they not even attempt to bring it to that location on the scheduled date, they decided to leave it at this location in which they will be closed the next business day. I won't be able to pick it up until next weekend due to my schedule. What is the point of paying for express if they make it impossible for you to actually recieve your packages when you're supposed to?
