Horrible place. Package got lost because they put a sticker on it that said “wrong address”.Get the package and it was indeed the correct address. Just assuming we weren’t on the drivers route.

FedEx delivered a package that I paid for and got a UPS tracking label for. UPS couldn't track the package neither could the UPS/Fedex/USPS store I shipped from. BETWEEN BOTH PLACES I GOT THE RUN AROUND. I was shocked when the package showed up a week later delivered by FedEx! What I love about this story is both my sister and brother-in-law work for FedEx in Tennessee where the package was delivered. FedEx is the G.O.A.T.!

Didn't get anything on my door saying they even came. One 1145am I might of been gone so I went to the location after 520. Ask if it was there she said drivers would be back around 630 and got my #. so I waited again. Then when went back in after 630. It's still not there. Asked if I could have it stay there and I'll pick it up tomorrow and she said no. Lie. So here I am today 720pm waited all day no one came. My apt is not big at all. I would of herd it. I need it to work so I need it. Drivers lie all the time about delivery. office don't know anything about anything no web site to go to nothing. Call 1800 before you go, I will be using ups for now on. Or any other company then this. Aaaand they expensive for nothing. I called and it's priority now. Well see if I get it by noon like they promised. Smh ?? I just want my phone

The two people working the morning I picked up my package were really cool! We were all super excited to open my box together and make sure my bearded dragon arrived safely And she did! Place is a bit small, very clean, and they were quick to get my package?

FedEx as a whole is terrible. I was here, of course, because of a lost package. One which was not delivered despite being home and waiting at the time they supposedly knocked, two days in a row. They hadn't even left the note. Phone customer service was completely useless. The two people I spoke to inside the store were both understanding, patient and helpful. It took a little while, but they found my package (apparently on the truck that was supposed to still be out on deliveries) and got it to me. I appreciate these two ladies for not following suit of everyone else involved.

I was having the toughest time getting help with a package that I was unable to pick up. If it wasn’t for Kegan I would not have been able to get the package I needed. Kegan demonstrated excellent customer service and I am incredibly thankful for his help. I highly recommend this location.

Absolutely useless. Called for weeks for this package which was delayed because of Fedex, absolutely nothing is being done even if agents on the phone promised. How incompetent can you be.

Do I have to give them even one star? Tracking is not updated in a timely manner. Once a package gets to this office it disappears for 3-4 days before before making it to a FedEx drop off location, which is the best I can hope for. The delivery drivers do not even attempt residential delivery, instead they are lazy liars, marking packages as no such address, or left at parcel locker when neither is true. This is not an isolated incident, as I experience a delivery failure with every package lately. It has been like this for over a year now and apparently they don't care. The foreigners on the 800 number(if you can even get to a real person) only repeat what is on the tracking page. The tracking page often does not reflect actual package status, then the CS rep will argue with you, call you a liar, refuse to answer questions, or allow contact with anyone else that might be able to help beyond reading the same screen I am. Packages are physically abused and damaged, not secured when on delivery trucks, nor are delivery instructions followed. This office should be ashamed that the rest of the system gets a package to them and then they totally fail to do their part by getting the package from their office to a customer in the local delivery area! Who pays for all these stolen, lost and damaged packages? I cringe when I have to use FedEx to get a package from a retailer because my delivery history shows there is less than a 25% chance the package will get delivered as contracted. I don't understand why FedEx does not address the issues and how people still pay for such a poor product?!?

I showed up with the disassembled pieces of a giant (uncomfortable) couch to return, and no boxes. The staff here teamed up to come up with creative solutions to pack the couch- one person working through her lunch break to shrink wrap it. Amazing people. Pay them all more!
