I want to sincerely thank the gentleman that helped me earlier today when I had to drop off a package that was a return. Ran into an issue with one of the items in the box actually had to go with a separate box at a different location and I didn’t realize until after dropping it off. I was able to return to the store and get it before anything was picked up. He was so helpful and kind when I was having a really rough day and I appreciate him so much

The 2 guys that work behind the desk need to be fired. The balding middle aged guy is a horrible person and I'm not allowed to say the truth about him on here. Those 2 guys are some of the most absolutely hateful, miserable people that I've ever been forced to interact with. Fire the balding middle aged guy and his little sidekick, Brian.

Dropped off a package at this store for overnight shipping. Package disappeared never to be seen again. No refund, no compensation for the lost contents.

I go here about once a week to drop packages off for work. I have never had a pleasant experience with the two men who work behind the desk. They are incredible rude and patronizing. I am left baffled by how I am treated every time I leave, and I think “did I really just get treated that way”. I cannot believe one of them is the manager of the store. I dread going to this location every time, and if I have time I would go to another location I most certainly take the extra time to avoid their presence. For personal packages, I would suggest stopping by the UPS store nearby the Safeway. Their customer service is 10x better, and I always leave with a smile on my face.That being said, the woman who works at this location is very lovely, and I really enjoy working with her! It’s always a very pleasant experience when she is working.

I went to this FedEx store where I usually go to pick up my packages. I went there to make some copies. I haven't worked with the copy machine at FedEx before so I needed some help but the guy ( tall white male in his late 40s ) was so rude and angry. He wasn't respectful and nice. I just made two copies and went back home without making more copies of other documents. I Won't go there anymore. This is really sad to see such a bad customer service at FedEx. Please be a little nice and friendly with your customers.

This has become my FedEx location of choice. Staff is always friendly, there’s always parking (unlike the more downtown locations) and there’s rarely a line.

Aleasha was SO helpful with the 35 boxes I had to bring in multiple loads. Very appreciative, and she was so friendly and efficient in assisting me.

Called several days in a row about a package that I requested to have held there after the delivery driver failed to read the delivery instructions. Each person that I talked to gave me completely different information about who is allowed to pick up my package and what would be required for pick up. I called several times because I was so unsure by the info that I was given, I just wanted to confirm that the package would be able to be picked up by me or someone else. Before sending my partner to retrieve the package for me, I called a final time to confirm that with a photo of my ID and the invoice, the package would be released to someone that was not me and they confirmed that this is the case. Unfortunately, when my partner went to pick up the package, they checked the photo of my ID and the invoice and took 15 minutes to get the package. After this, they requested my partner's ID and because our addresses did not match, they would not release it. I confirmed that this would not have to be the case with several different people, and when I called to find out the issue, I the manager was quite rude and would not let me speak. Before I could finish my very first sentence, he was cutting me off and telling me I was wrong. Naturally, I got very frustrated and admit I was also not kind to him. Eventually I asked him to stop cutting me off so we can come to a solution, but he ended up hanging up on me. Poorly trained employees all with different information, extremely rude manager with excuses instead of solutions.

Every time a delivery from fedshit comes they never deliver it they never call or ring. It’s allmost as if they never even get off the truck and simply send notifications that no one was hope. I work from home, I’m always home.

Cord has been very helpful, kind, and accommodating. I repeatedly had issues with the online ordering system for ordering printed presentations, and he went out of his way to help ensure the products I needed were printed and put together quickly (on multiple occasions)! Thank you, Cord!
