I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this FedEx location. I’ve always had great interactions with FedEx in the past — helpful staff, quality work, and reliable service. Unfortunately, this time was the complete opposite.
As a new business owner preparing for an important meeting, I was excited to have my tri-fold brochures printed here, expecting the same level of professionalism I’ve previously received. When I called to check on my order, the person who answered the phone didn’t greet me or even identify the business. Instead, I was met with a rude and dismissive tone. I was told I should’ve checked my email and was made to feel like I had inconvenienced them by asking a simple question.
When I arrived to pick up the order, the same individual was just as unprofessional — no offer to review the prints, no basic courtesy. Once home, I discovered that all the tri-folds were folded crookedly with uneven white borders showing on every single one. Not only did the folds look sloppy, but the overall presentation was not at all up to the standard I’ve come to expect. In the past, staff would have double-checked if something looked off. This time, there was no attention to detail.
Unfortunately, the prints are unusable, and I now have to find a last-minute solution. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially because I had trusted this location for all my printing needs.

Horrible customer service! The man with short black hair that was working tonight had zero customer service for me he profiled me and instead of starting with were closing very soon he tried to ask me how I would be paying and when I responded he told me he couldn’t accept my form of payment which was cash and then tried to rush me along I was just stoping in for a soda waiting for my bus but he was so rude and back handed. I have a full time job and I pay for everything I have he needs
to have respect for everyone of his customers smh

I was promptly greeted by the staff and they were so nice and friendly, but it did take me about an hour to complete my print. I wish the process would be more simplified and easier. I don’t mind spending the money I spent about six dollars to print a few pieces of paper but it’s just trying to figure out the systems. I have MS and a brain injury so it seemed like the process was super complicated but I really did have a good experience. The staff is usually very helpful.

TLDR: Ashton was extremely rude. Full context: I placed a next-day pickup order order online, for 50 prints. I then immediately called the store to talk through the details of my order, since the online order platform didn't offer options for some of the customizations I needed. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and updated my order according to our conversation. I was told there'd be some price adjustments, both subtractive and additive, based on our conversation, and that I would pay only the *difference when I came to pick up. However, at pick up, I was met with a different person, Ashton. Ashton immediately began talking over me, repeating that "online is a third party" and that I would need to pay the full additive amount and then call online customer service for a refund for the subtracted items. When I reiterated that I spoke to someone in store already and I hoped that conversation would be honored, Ashton became sarcastic and insulting, escalating their tone and suggesting that I sit down for a "therapy session" with them since they apparently hold a "therapist degree." Um??They mocked my calm tone of voice and were visibly upset, their hands shaking. They offered to call customer service for me, which I accepted, but they clearly didn't want to deal with that hassle either bc they instead asked me to leave without paying the difference at all, to which I happily obliged. Ashton needs to be less customer facing or to receive more training. Additionally, the online process and in-store process could be more integrated. My prints turned out fine, with some minor alignment issues on a few of the hole punched pages. Overall 3/5.

I was waiting for a quote to come in for color printed paper. I came in and waited almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
I also received my proof prints not in the specified measurements I asked for.
I gave 2 stars and not 1 because when they did say hello, they were kind people. I try not to leave bad reviews but you gotta get say hello to customers!

Phenomenal service - I needed to print in Denver while on the road for my team mate to pick up. I sent an email for what I needed and they responded within 30 minutes! An hour later - we are all set and will have what we need early tomorrow.

Had a snafu at work and submitted some printing late. Luckily Peter is in top of it and had them printed before I even went in to tell him I had a tight timeline. Thank you Peter for beyond Above and Beyond!!!!

I was shipping a very fragile and expensive item back to my home and asked if I needed to insure it. The FedEx employee told me that he would "pack it like Fort Knox" and that I wouldn't need insurance. I got my package today and the item was broken and it looks like the worst "fragile" packing I've ever seen.There was hardly anything surrounding my package, leading to it breaking in half. It was a complete waste of time and money at this location, and I'd recommend using another company that knows how to handle fragile items. Do not trust them with your valuable property.
