The guys who helped us were great! Got a passport photo and some bubble wrap super fast 👌 but there was a lady who kept asking my girlfriend and I what we were doing in there… I already told you, we are waiting for the passport photos just ask your co workers lol

Staff is always very courteous and extremely helpful. Been in there on multiple occasions and waited on by several different individuals and the service is always consistently excellent.

Completely inconsistent shipping rules-some days you can ship packages with dry ice and sometimes you can't, just depends on who is working the desk

They delivered my medication, a federally controlled substance, to the wrong address. I was supposed to show my ID. FedEx literally gives out free ketamine. Worst drug dealers in Denver. Absolutely insane.

I came into ship large boxes internationally and was confused by process. Desdemona answered all of my questions and offered assistance to be sure everything was packed and labeled correctly. I am very happy with Desdemona’s service.

It would be great when ordering print services for pickup for the office staff to pretend like they don't have the time of day for you. Obviously they don't need much business if they don't have time for customers Oct 10th at 11am
