First... Google if you have to keep reminding me of your community guidelines maybe dont allow people to submit reviews if you dont like people speaking ther truth.
Now for speaking my truth. I went here to ship some autoparts back to an online merchant and had to pay for a FedEx shipping label because Rock Auto Auto Part's return policy is less than adequate.
But I digress. The clerk at this location offered to add some packing material to my package AND failed to mention they were charging me for it. The charge was $4 but the point is if you are going to charge people for something you should tell them up front.
Sketchy... If you go here and they offer to do anything for you, make sure to ask if you are going to be charged for it.
Frankly, that was enough to irritate me that I wont be returning here.

Fast with great customer service every time I go into this store to print a huge job or self-service copies. Even drop-off of prepaid packages are a smooth process.

DIAL 8 to talk to a human! FedEx’s phone machine is completely incompetent. I had to call 10 times across 20 minutes navigating menus after it hung up on me every time before I was FINALLY connected to a human representative and told to DIAL 8 to actually call the store itself so I could take all of 30 seconds to simply confirm my package arrived at this location.

Jordon is an amazing human!
I stopped here today to print from a thumb drive, but unfortunately, I screwed up. Jordon took the time to patiently look through both of my drives with me, and when it was evident I didn't have what I needed, he kindly helped me navigate another option. It worked beautifully, and I left relieved.
Without his patience, knowledge, and kindness, my night would have been a bust. A+++ customer service!

We recently uploaded a few posters to print, but realized later we had failed to hit "send" to complete the upload. The next day, we realized our error, which was difficult since we were under a deadline We called this FedEx and told them our situation, and they rushed the print, getting us our posters on time. Great customer service.

Nice store, nice employees. I went in with 2 small fragile Mothers Day packages and wasn’t sure the best way to have them packaged so they didn’t break. Christopher, the store manager, was super helpful - let me know the best, fastest, and cheapest options. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes.

Back story here this location used to be located at the lower level of building in the Safeway shopping center in the 90s. It moved to its current location and stayed put. Lol.This store has changed much over time before at the old location it was a Kinkos then FedEx bought them out, but FedEx/Kinkos offered many rental computers in the store to use, and had many ways to do one's projects 24 hours a day. When it moved to its current location many of these services were trimmed, and the hours were shortened.Employees were great tho.

I've been going to this Kinkos location for years and I ALWAYS receive exceptional service. Megan and Keith have always stood out to me as going above and beyond to ensure my printing orders are on point. (but I've had great experiences with all staff). I don't live in the neighborhood anymore but I take the extra time to drive to this location because of the customer service, efficiency and quality! THANK YOU!

Left work early and rushed over here and arrived at 6:53pm but your doors were locked. Come on guys, i would never walk into a restaurant at the last minute but this is different. People expect FedEx to honor their hours of operation. This was a very important item I needed shipped. The employee hit the lights right when he saw me. Smh. Be better. Not much separates you from the competition. If anything at all…

The letter ‘a’ does NOT stand for ‘apple’, but for Aaron, a FedEx Associate nonpareil and an even more amazing human being. I have come to this location for many years and every single time have been dealt with absolute professionalism and proficiency on every project I’ve come through the doors with. Busy working on other orders, Aaron seamlessly shoehorns me in, often completing the work THAT DAY.FedEx is lucky to have such an awesome person representing their brand, and I will continue to come here with my printing needs knowing I’m in great hands with him!
