Don't go there and print.I was charged $20.13 for a 20 copies #32 type of paper. They do charge an additional $2.50 Surcharge. When I asked if they have a cutting machine, I was told, an additional of $1.50 so they will cut it for me so I said, I can do it by myself.Additionally, I felt anxious, fearing the staff may have copied my other files, as he didn't show me his screen while keep clicking his mouse. Tip: Avoid handing them a USB containing other documents."With all the money/additional charges he was asking, it's just difficult to trust.

These guys are fantastic! Every time I go in, the service is fast and efficient. Even in the busy Christmas season! And they always tell you all of the options. I highly recommend them!

If these reviews were based on the current staff, the overall score would be much higher. I used to avoid this location even though it is right next to my house due to the very unpleasant former manager. Now, I ship here multiple times every week and haven't had a single issue. Doug, Erin and Set are all awesome, lovely, and very helpful people.

I was very happy shipping furniture out from this store. They were very friendly and professional. Erin in particular was very helpful and accommodating, and even had the doors open when we arrived to make it easier to bing my furniture. Thank you!

I came in to get a few color pamphlets printed front and back on some card stock.One of the employees made a quick sample copy on some reccommended stock that worked great for me. They were also half-page pamphlets so the store offered to cut them for me as well.Easy and pleasant experience. In and out in less than a few minutes with just what i needed.I'll be back here for my next pamphlet printing.

I haven't written a yelp review in awhile because I haven't felt inclined to, until today. I didn't catch the name of the woman who seemed to be the supervisor there. I witnessed her quickly with a graceful manner assist a person who was visually impaired. It was a crowded store with lots of customers and she handled it really well. She then assisted me a few minutes later with genuine kindness and efficiency. In recent world times it's nice to be reminded of the humanity still in the world. I tried to contact corporate FedEx to let them know about their outstanding employee but didn't have luck , so figured I'd post on yelp. Oh yeah, and she got my package out!

Tried to get information on the website as to how to correct an un-shipped label or cancel it. Actually spent hours FORCING myself to try to figure out the circular, go nowhere, instructions. Finally called a store supposedly to get a human, and got the same go nowhere automated messages!!! Somehow I managed to get that elusive human who told me the answer right away. Brandon at the Hampden store was clear and obviously knows solutions. How many people are getting stuck with this nonsense? Everyone must be calling with easy, silly questions like mine! No wonder they direct questions away from stores!!! This all could be very clear in the website, which it isn't. Or did I miss that in the massive library of so- called instructions!!!!??? Yes, I'm aggravated, and no, I'm not new to using computers.

There was a very rude FedEx ground worker at 6300 east Hampden ave on Nov 25th around 11am who was very sharp with me because the buildings package door was closed. She didn't even seem happy I let her in our building which the buildings rules are against me opening the door for anyone except my immediate household. Pay your people more they all seem miserable.

The manager at this place (Doug) is one of the most professional people we've ever worked with. He's polite, knowledgeable and gets things done. Our business even followed him to this new location! Good on FedEx for hiring quality people. We wouldn't go through anyone else.

I usually only use fed ex for shipping stuff quickly, but this weekend I had to have a banner and some flyers printed up quickly. Went to FedEx and explained my project to Doug. He walked me through going online to submit the work and then got it all printed up in time for my project. Thanks Doug. 5 stars all day!
