I think I've already left a review but here is another! I started at this gym at the end of June. I had a hip replacement in October and I was able to freeze my membership for a couple of months while I recovered. I'm just getting back into the swing of things and I feel so supported!! The owner and trainers really care about your well being here. There's such a variety of classes to take and there was even a free goal setting and vision board workshop yesterday!! This gym found me on FB and I'm so grateful!!

This is the BEST place to work out, get healthy and feel supported every step of the way. Coaches are amazing! It’s the first place I’ve ever worked out that I actually wanted to go to class. I gained a sense of myself that I was proud of. Also, it’s so individualized that everyone does know your name. The owner cares about her students, coaches and the community. Love this place!!

I absolutely adore Feed Your Soul Fitness! The scheduling app makes everything so easy, the group classes are amazing, and everyone is so supportive and encouraging. The classes are challenging but the coaches and staff also advocate for the idea that no matter what, listen to your own body and go at your own pace. I never feel pressured to overdo it, and I always feel that I am only competing with myself. They support whatever fitness journey you’re on or want to start, and the attention you get is very personalized. I never ever feel like a number here. I feel like I’m part of a community of awesome people that genuinely care about helping me reach my fitness goals.

I looked for a personal trainer for a while before finding Feed Your Soul Fitness. Brandy was very professional and straight forward about my options from the beginning. I chose them initially because Brandy was one of the only trainers that was up front about pricing and genuinely was not pushy about signing up. She matched me with Meredith as my trainer and I am so grateful to be working with her. I've learned skills, built strength, and gained confidence in the last two months that I'll be able to carry with me into every workout I do on my own moving forward. This is exactly the foundation I was looking for. Meredith pushes me in the best way so I always feel accomplished after every single workout. Great private gym so you never feel rushed or crowded, clean equipment, very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this program!

I was looking for a place to start a fitness routine after stalling out after the pandemic. I was referred to FYSF and have been developing a healthier me from personal training, nutrition coaching, educational sessions to group strengthening & sculpting classes. The program offers specific classes with various individual equipment & focus no drop in gym with machine equipment. I am still exploring all FYSF has to offer. The accountability, support, and suggestions for individual modification is encouraging and helping me progress. Each coach has something unique to offer you!

Feed Your Soul Fitness has been a life-changer for me. At the age of 62, I'm in the best shape of my life. The coaches are outstanding, and they have supported me through my entire journey. When I was ready to give up on myself, they were there, reaching out and cheering me on to better health in body, mind, and spirit even from across the country! (PA). They taught me how to eat without dieting to lose almost 30 lbs. They offer a wide variety of classes, both in- person and virtually, to strengthen and tone the body while enhancing your mood, increasing your stamina, and encouraging you on to better health. The classes are fun and effective, and the coaches offer modifications for any restrictions that you may have. I now know that I CAN DO even with bad knees, arthritis, and sciatica. The program is tailored to each individuals needs, and THAT'S why it works. I highly recommend FYSF for anyone of any age. JUST DO IT! You will definitely see amazing results...both physically and mentally. Have fun and grow stronger and more confident with our FEED YOUR SOUL FAMILY !

I am loving the workouts at FYSF! The variety of classes, supportive coaches and friendly environment make it a win-win-win. And, there are so many ways to customize the classes for your individual needs…choose lighter weights, heavier weights or anything in between to make it a challenge. I always leave the workout feeling better and energized.

I have just completed my first month at FYSF and I am certain I have found my new gym home. The community has been extremely welcoming! There is a variety of classes and within those classes there is a full range of skill levels. It is just very inclusive! The group classes offer encouragement and support so anyone and everyone can fit in here. If you are looking for an amazing gym community, I highly recommend Feed Your Soul Fitness!

Last year when I signed up for a quick FYSF challenge I wasn't sure a Colorado group was going to work out with me living two time zones away, but Brandy's enthusiasm for my getting just 1% better every day was catchy. I enjoyed the challenges, so I stayed on and now through their virtual classes, Brandy and her coaches find the right balance between nudging me to do better, while showing me how to modify a workout to what I can do now. They really do "feed your soul" by providing a community that teaches good nutrition and good habits, while caring about my being happy as well as healthy, so the 1% better changes I'm making can become a permanent part of who I am. I still have a long way to go, but I'm so glad to have FYSF's support.

I am currently doing the gut health program, and I am absolutely KICKING myself for not doing this sooner! I have a history of GI issues, acid reflux, and bloating. Anytime I ate something, I had no idea what would happen or if my stomach would react. It was so bad that I used to have constant heartburn no matter what I ate, even when drinking water! I could never eat raw veggies either because the heartburn was so bad. This program has already healed my body even after a few short weeks. By day 5 of the gut health program, I was able to eat raw broccoli (the biggest heartburn offender for me), which is LIFE CHANGING! I haven’t had stomach issues since I started, and zero heartburn! Having Amber (the program Nutritionist) help me along the way eases my mind that I’m getting all the right nutrients, while simultaneously healing my gut in a safe and sustainable way. I have never felt so good, huge thanks to Amber for helping me feel amazing for the first time in my life!

I was at my wits end with bloating and abdominal discomfort and began to feel hopeless. Luckily I found Brandy and her team at FYSF through a Facebook group and I'm SO glad I did. Amber, my nutritionist, has been an absolute joy to work with. She is so knowledgeable and patient and has helped me get my gut health back on track. I did the 12 week gut health program that began with a 21 day purification diet that lead into stages of food reintroduction. We were able to pinpoint what was causing my abdominal discomfort and I could not be more thankful for their hard work!

Feed Your Soul has great small group classes and has a wonderful community of people. The class activities vary which keeps every class fun and engaging. I look forward to each and every class and the instructors are awesome!

I've taken several classes morning and evening, and all the instructors are absolutely amazing, so insightful, informed, and kind. Everyone is encouraging, lots of body types, ages, levels etc. Can't recommend enough!
