Had to literally prove a couch did not fit and they didn’t believe me so they sent out an employee to measure my apartment not to mention delivery dates kept changing and were all over the place, then it was still a hassle to get a refund, terrible customer service would definitely not recommend, the couch was out past my wall 4 inches and they still considered it to fit, not to mention they have called me a liar multiple times

Extremely overpriced nonsense. Not only furniture but had a ps4 in a case with a 899.99 price tag on it. It was almost laughable.

horrible place to buy from! got a washer and dryer from this place everything was fine till we found out the dryer wasnt heating. was told by one employee that if after checking electrical it still wasn't working that they'd swap it out. once everything was checked, i reached out to them and they said that they couldnt do anything. that we had to call GE. always giving a run around! just dont waste your time here

Moved to Denver and purchased furniture since early this year and was informed February and March dates for items. I won’t get into all the details of reasons for delays etc, not worth the effort. Now June, no update this month when I was informed first week of June. Received 2 items of the 5 finally late May. I have been patient, understanding and the most pleasant giving no problems or issues to staff due to customer service and value but at this point, it’s no longer worth it. I’m afraid if I continue to wait it out, I will still be sleeping with my brand new bed on the floor into who knows when. I had really high hopes and was so happy to have found pieces I wanted. I haven’t been offered a refund but will call tomorrow to request one and update my review.9/7/2022Refund request initiated about a month ago for loveseat and awaiting status update.I called in today for status and Jose introduced himself and as soon as I introduced myself, he immediately placed me on hold with no warning. I called back again several times right away and was placed on hold each time. The call was picked up with no greeting to please hold. This is the second time I’ve received unfriendly customer service from this individual.The first incident was when I had scheduled to have my bed delivered - I was in town for a few days, my schedule was tight and Jose was well aware of this. Day of, because of the anticipated rain, he sent his delivery crew out and they arrived earlier than the scheduled timeframe—I was tied up in a meeting. I had about 20 minutes to the scheduled timeframe we had agreed on when I stepped out and was on my way back—to be able to make it in time as I was close to home.I called Jose and he informed me he had called me so many times (in fact, his driver had called me twice, it was not the stores number) and he would schedule me for the next delivery Saturday. He was well aware that I was flying out Saturday morning prior to this - I reminded him of this and that I wouldn’t be there. He said he would get me scheduled for that day and faulted me for not being there when his guys showed up — his communication was unprofessional and rude. I called the missed number from the delivery guy instead and he was so nice to help me out and get it delivered that same day. I’d like to commend the delivery guy for going above and beyond.This whole process of being without furniture and trying to get updates has been a nightmare, but I’d like to commend Jeff for his professionalism, his patience and making this experience somewhat pleasant. Thanks!

Can’t give a courtesy to let me know it’s delayed again and again and again for the same dresser waiting since March at least let me know it’s delayed again instead of having me waiting. I can’t believe you guys are trying to say I didnt but anything Jose works at fiesta furniture he just took my call aver Jose why are YOU guys lying when you guys finally deliver my items I have cameras I will make sure I upload it in here para Que vea la jente that you guys are the liars and want to look good. I don’t need to lie call me for real to ask me instead because I was waiting for it but it never came I actually had to call you guys again after wasting my Saturday waiting for the delivery my name is Lesly Valenzuela look me up and state facts not lies I will make sure I go in person as well…Edit thank you for apologizing today when I called I appreciate it.

The worse place to do business, if you need furniture, get it from the trash, before this place, they are over priced and they don't take returns. BUYER BEWARE, WARM EVERYONE. INTEREST IS MORE THAN BUYING A NEW CAR!!

I had a good experience the first time i came here and bought from them and then later on we went to buy a new living room set it was a 3 set and we paid it all fully in cash they sold us all 3 pieces and the third piece was supposed to get here a month later a month passed by and we didn't get anything so we called the store and turns out they didn't even order it and the guy who sold us the living room didn't charge us for the third piece when on the receipt it clearly says we paid for a 3 set. Now the owner wont even send in the 3rd piece and he doesn't want to give us the money back i am super sad that businesses like these where the Hispanic community buys and puts all the money for furniture take advantage of it. Please don't come to this business go somewhere else where they'll respect you no matter what your race is. The owner claims he is fully for the Hispanic community but he definitely wasn't when we went to ask for a solution. He laughed at us and even kicked us out of the store. AGAIN DONT COME HERE.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mom had bought from this place. She had finished paying off the furniture. But the owners keep calling her and harassing her saying she did not pay the furniture off, when she has bank statements on every payment and when she paid it off. They kept taking money out of her bank account. My mom blocked them, and they changed the name of the company and tried to take money again.

Jose was extremely helpful in guiding me to the perfect sofa and chair that will match my condo floor perfectly. He also helped me purchase a dresser and will have everything delivered in 24hr. The best part is that he saved me almost $400!!!
