If I could give no stars I would. This is not a complaint, this is information of my experience. I am a frequent Finish Line customer and rewards member. I typically have a great experience when I visit the Cherry Creek Finish Line, but after this I’m not sure if I will be back. I called the store earlier in the day, to see if they had a pair of Jordan’s I saw on their website. The man who I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. Even though I was not able to put the shoes on hold over the phone, the young man informed me of alternative ordering options, if the store did not have my size. The man on the phone was very hospitable! Thank you! Once I visit the store and found the shoes I came there for. I noticed there were no staff in the section I was in so I went to a section where I did see staff helping other store patrons. I waited for the employee to finish helping the previous customer, I said excuse me, and he ran to the back. I thought that was rude but I really wanted the shoes, so I wasn’t going to give up that easy. I went to the opposite side of the store that seemed to be a lot busier, but that was because there was one woman catering to about 5 Finish Line customers at once. She had her hands full and I didn’t want to wait for her considering there were 3 other employees in the store. I observed a man waiting with his shoe he wanted a size for at the checkout counter when no one was present. A staff member came to counter, and helped the man find what he was looking for. At this point I had been in the store already for 15 minutes with absolutely no interaction with staff, not a hi, not a can we help you, nothing! I decided to do the same because I really wanted the shoes. I waited once again. The same employee that ran to back, when I tried to ask for help, started to check out patrons at the service desk. I made eye contact with another employee, but he quickly turned the opposite direction when I began to speak. I left with no shoes, no greeting, no reciprocal action at all!!! This was my experience at the Cherry Creek Finish Line.
