Went in to get a tire patch and plug done after I ran over a tire nail and they were done within an hour! I had come in the night before right before closing, Jazmyn was super kind and helped me put on a spare tire. Then they patched up my tire first thing the next morning. Great service!

Scheduled an appointment to get my tire repaired. They got me in that day. They were on time, fixed the tire and got me out timely. The staff was really helpful and fixed my tire in a cost effective manner. Appreciate their approach to customer service.

I dropped my car off for a tire patch because my tire had a nail in it. I waited 2 1/2 hours even though an appointment was made. The next day my PSI in my tire was low again (17) so i called to reschedule an appointment for 7 am. The tech for the job didn’t show up til 8:30 am and I didn’t get any feedback til 10 am. I found out the tech shaved down my tire too much so now I need a whole new tire. Firestone said they will cover the tire but I have to wait a whole another day to get my car back because they don’t have any tires in Denver. They also aren’t going to replace a second tire for matching tread, they want me to pay out of pocket. A simple tire patch fix is becoming a headache and a waste of three whole days.

Rick! What an amazing man to find in this industry! I’m a young woman and he treated me with such respect and didn’t try to price gouge me. He is very kind and personable. I’ve never been a fan of big chain mechanics, but Firestone is now my go-to. Seriously, it’s that good. A lifetime alignment is more affordable than two alignments. Everything is very reasonably priced, and with the customer service Rick provides, I’ll be a customer for life. Thank you Rick!

Staff was exceptional!!!! I had a serious issue with my tire and they immediately looked at the situation and fit me into their schedule. All staff were friendly and informative. The manager was amazing and made my experience stress free!

Had a strange clunking noise in the suspension that sounded like a mechanical breakdown was eminent. Scott, the lead mechanic found nothing mechanically wrong. He tried a thorough suspension lube job, and that fixed it. Great intuitive sense by the mechanic. Only $21 fix. Honest and trustworthy car repair shop, has earned my loyal business over the years.
Dale, the shop manager did a great job of communicating.

I have been a 30 year customer, but may not return. I took my car in to have a small screw removed and possible flat fix. The tech looked at the tire in the parking lot and told me I needed a new tire and they could not repair for liability reasons. The screw was not in the sidewall. The tire would be $400-500! I took my car to Les Schwab tires. They actually removed the tire, to find the screw had NOT punctured the tire, there was NO leak, and did NOT charge anything!! Very disappointed in the treatment I received, and will share far and wide!

The five rating is for the Rick, the manager.
The shop ran way over the time quoted and it was dark out when finished. At 89 I no longer can drive at night.. Rick drove me home. Not only that but gave me a granola bar since I didn't have lunch and it was too far for me to walk anywhere. He was soft-spoken, kind a kept me posted. I so appreciated his concern for me and help.

I had a dead battery. Total cost for new battery and disposal of old was about $250 but service was fast and friendly. I was there maybe an hour.
