I love coming to this Firestone location! Brock, the store manager is so helpful and attentive and they have taken great care of my car. Every technician there is so friendly and they genuinely care about helping you and making sure you’re car is good to go. 10/10

I would have given them zero stars if I had the option. I recently purchased 4 tires from Firestone and when I came to them to fix a simple flat they said I needed to make an appointment for the next day. Pathetic. I have been a long term Firestone customer for twenty years - never again.
I was able to go to E&B tires down the road and they fixed my flat in less than 15 minutes.

I set up a same-day appointment for an oil change and was very pleased! Cheaper than most other oil change services that I've been to, took less than an hour, and they emailed me a detailed inspection of my car. They even turned of the "maintenance check" light on my car, which I greatly appreciated!

Not trustworthy. They botched a simple oil change, didnt seal the drain plug properly and oil leaked completely unbeknownst to me, nearly destroyed my engine.

Brock was amazing! His communication was spot on, not too much or too little. Also, he was well-informed and helpful with my questions. I had a very tight schedule and he exceeded expectations by about 2 days! From now on, all of the cars in my family are going to Brock at the Lakeside Firestone for their tire needs!

Their technicians were out sick the whole day. We reached for appt at 3 pm. They say “can’t accommodate us” because people called out sick. Should’ve called and let us know!!! Had to take a half day at work for this!!

Perfect service, and really great people who will talk you through issues and get service done very quickly and efficiently. They also have a very clean waiting room with movies and coffee going. I will be back for many more services. I recommend making an appointment by calling, as people know they are good!

Brock was amazing . He communicated with me every step of the way . It’s always disconcerting to find out that your vehicle needs thousands of dollars in repairs/ maintenance. He did his best to deliver the news gently and apply coupons when applicable. I would highly recommend this Firestone location ( 44th and Eaton ) based on his professionalism alone ..

Wanted to flush my radiator on my vehicle , Fri 12/15 they moved my appt. To Tues 12/19 at 9:00 when I went in they couldn't do it because the didn't have nobody to do it . Should of got a courtesy call not to come in
