I had an appointment with the place to get my tires aligned. I walked in ready and they said they “ declined my appointment” . The lady at the front was the rudest lady I have met.

Lady with the tattoos was rude and denied our appointment while we had a confirmation number! After a drive from the mountains, with a confirmation receipt and appointment booked, was told there was no confirmation.

I had a very pleasant experience. I was in the market for four new tires & not only were they able to get me in next day (while working around my work hours), but they quoted me an extremely reasonable price that was pretty much the budget I had. The staff was friendly & personable as well. My coworker/friend had originally referred me there due to her & her husband having a great experience. Will definitely recommend & use them for future work. Well done!

Went for oil change advised on differential fluid which I had changed an transmission fluid flushed. Mechanic had store manager very helpful.

I met manager Kyle at 7-11 on the corner and I was trying to purchase some wiper fluid. He let me know he works at the Firestone down the street and would be happy to fill my wiper fluid for FREE. And on top of that it was a Sunday and they were technically closed but Kyle opened up shop and treated me like royalty. I am so happy to have met Kyle and will be back for service soon!

got new tires on my Maserati Ghibli here, and when I drove away immediately noticed there was something wrong with the suspension, brought it back yesterday, and they figured out the problem in a timely manner, and everything now appears to be 100%! They were friendly when I got there to pick it up

Really great location with awesome Staff. Kyle took care of me throughout the process and had excellent customer service. The team ended up staying an hour late on a Sunday just to service the last couple of cars (mine included) and can’t recommend them enough. Kyle is great with customers and really makes sure the job is properly done. Thanks team!

My check tire light came on and I went in. It was very busy in there but they took the time to check my car’s tires. It turned out that my tires were fine, just needed a little air due to the cold. They were so kind and patient with me. I’ll be going back next time I need any work done!
