Very bad service, the lady from the Ventanilla named Karina Rodriguez does not know what customer service is, very annoying, she did not know how to give me an explanation why she could not cash a check and she told me that the owner of the account if the bank manager I knew him if I could give him a large amount, then it is not because of administrative regulations but because he was known to the manager. I was cashing a check at the agency on Colfax Avenue and they told me that they did not have the funds and they sent a message to the Quebec & 28 Av headquarters. And they responded that if they had the funds, I should go to that headquarters, they would tell me. I approached and this lady Karina gave me many excuses that she could not substantiate, poor service and they should properly train their staff so that they can do their administrative work well and not give excuses without foundations, alluding that the owner of an account does not have the funds When it really does have them, the service of this staff is incapable, nor with this Bank I do not recommend it.

This bank tries to rip you off every chance they get. I got a check from another bank and it didn’t say one word about waiting to deposit it so I took it to the bank. The funds didn’t come through right away so 1st Bank charged me $62. How is that fair?

They do not offer ATM fee refunds, but luckily they have competition in state who actually knows how to setup a banking system, and treat their customers right.

First bank has wrongfully stolen hundreds of dollars from me in the form of “overdraft fees” which is basically “how dare you attempt to spend more than what is in this account! Therefore we’re cancelling your transaction and charging you $35 for each offense!” Miserable trash example of a bank.

Went in to cash a check from their own bank and provided all necessary documents “ 2 forms of id’s” I didn’t feel welcome by the teller who helped me. From the very first second to the last bit of her just counting the money and leaving it on the table scattered for me to pick up. That was very unprofessional! You guys always wonder why I don’t bring my money and business over well now you know why. I will definitely go to another 1st bank.

Worst bank ever!! People are good, but I hate having to do anything with this bank! Nothing works, no customer service! Do not choose this bank. I feel like a hostage because I have so many accounts connected to my bank. Please do yourself a favor, get a real bank, before it's too late.

Never had an issue with the bank itself but a teller at this branch completed a whole withdrawal for me & never asked for my ID. Only dissatisfied because what if it was not me?

Just needed to cash a check (their check), wanted 2 forms of id apparently my social and Id didn't cut it and still wanted a 5 dollar fee to cash it(king supers will do it for 4 ) (the employees are special)

I'll update this review after my next visit when I attempt to resolve some mysterious charges. I set up an account years ago and have recently noticed that I have been getting changed a monthly fee on an account that was specifically created because it would have no fees. However, all of my interactions with this bank so far have been stellar, and I look forward to upgrading this review to five stars. Also, they are open on Saturdays from 9 to noon, not 9 to 2 like some other banks.

I've been with firstbank since 2000. This is BY FAR their worst branch. Constant technical difficulties and rude tellers.
