Worst branch of the bank in my opinion. Every time I go even to use ATM lines are out the door. And when you go inside there is mostly one person working and two others sitting there like they are busy and not really doing anything but chatting. I'm sorry if you have a line out the door you should work to get it down. The chatting can wait. It seems they help one person and then take a 5 minute break acting like they are busy

The only bank I know that makes customers wait outside in rain, snow, and heat. It’s very unprofessional as a business to have customers with money waiting outside.

I would give negative stars if I could, all the tellers were rude and miserable. I love first bank, but this location is very unprofessional and their behavior seemed discriminatory, there was a yt gentleman behind me that got a completely different treatment from what I did.

Workers and Manager are rude and called police to a man selling ( fruit ) outside of the building.

I give the drive-thru ATM a one-star every time I try to withdraw money it says the transaction is not allowed at the time. DO NOT USE THIS ATM.
