ATM is always out of service no matter what time of day. Of all location this it the worst for ATM use. Might as well just close the location down. Hopefully PNC bank who took over 1st bank will keep an ATM up.

I went to FirstBank to open a simple account, and it hasn’t even been a week and I’m already having problems. The person helping me was inexperienced and completely unprofessional — they ran my credit and even applied for a credit card without my consent. I just received a letter in the mail about it, which was a complete shock. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Been waiting in line 20 minutes and line hasn't moved!!! 2 tellers barely working and 15+ in line!!! This is a HORIBLE BRANCH!!!!!!!!! I have multiple pictures, but can't upload. I would give them 0 stars if i could. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I lost my card in this ATM! BE CAREFUL! Danger! This branch is terrible, the ATMs are in terrible condition, the customer service is awful and gives a lot to think about, definitely a change of staff to improve everything would not hurt since this has been happening for a long time, they do not put love into their work or what they do, Don't waste your time in that branch, it is terrible!

FirstBank overall is great but this location honestly is horrible! There’s always a long line in the lobby and if you wanna avoid the wait guess what the ATM isn’t working. Even had a situation this morning before the branch opened to drop off a check in the night deposit drop off box and the doors wouldn’t open. We made a deposit on 2/3 and tried to wire funds out of the same account on 2/5 and one of the supervisors told me I had to wait till Friday (2/7) since the funds weren’t “collected” from US Bank. Guess the $500 same day credit and the rest will be available the next business day didn’t apply here. I get it if there was a hold on the check but there was no hold and it was from our own personal account from US Bank. Drove another 25 minutes to our Home branch in Westminster where they were able to approve and send the wire for us. Like I said Firstbank is great but this branch makes me question why I bank there.

IThe service was absolutely atrocious! I wasted a whole 45 minutes standing in line. It was beyond ridiculous how the tellers just aimlessly paced back and forth at the desk.

Horrible experience. Tellers are to busy talking to one another to help the 30 people waiting in line. Waited 20 minutes in line and another 15 minutes with the teller. No customer service!

ATM NEVER WORKS. MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE 2. WEEKENDS IT DOSENT WORK. EARLY IN THE MORNING DONT WORK OR LATE AT NIGHT. IT ONLY SEEMS TO WORK DURING BUSINESS HOURS SOMETIMES. ALWAYS SO BUSY MORE ON SATURDAY. MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE EXTENDED HOURS AND OPEN TILL 3PM ON WEEKENDS.
