Absolute terrible experience banking I have ever had open my account February 14th 2024 never received a debit card continuously called and asked what was taking so long why I couldn't use my account finally went in last week and closed my account and now today I receive a debit card and four separate letters from First Bank Marquez messed up my online banking by jumping the gun exiting out of my password while it was setting and I was never able to use my online banking even after getting a temporary password to use I only hope this review helps others from making mistake I did by trying to use this Bank

Fix your ATM, it never works. And now that you’ve pulled your all atms from King Soopers it’s pain to get cash. Fix the atm or remove it. Because pretending it’s a service you offer is false.

It is the worst bank, candele my account, ordinary and discriminatory people, I definitely do not recommend it, it does not offer anything.

Charged me $102 because my card declined for 1 transaction. This is the worst bank I have ever had in my life. So many ridiculous fees and the agents act like they’re the ones paying the fees when I ask for a refund. This company is all that is wrong with our world and our economy. Billion dollar companies nickel and diming middle class and lower class Americans. You should be ashamed to work at this horrible place.

I haven't written a review before but I had to write one today. This is for the First bank on Coal mine/Wadsworth in Littleton Co. I couldn't find it in the search. I have been a customer for over 25 years. I am over 60 years old. I go in today to withdraw some money as I typical do. I was wearing my mask and had sunglasses on which I promptly took off after seeing the sign. As I approach the tall blond male teller, looks at me and says "We can't serve you unless you take off your hat" I look at him strangely and he proceeds to tell me there have been several robberies. I am thinking to myself, "Do I look like a bank robber" They should know me I have been there for years. I proceed to take off my hat and my brand new sunglasses on top of the hat went flying off across the floor, another customer picked them up for me. They broke. First of all we are all wearing masks, which the bank insists we do now we have to take off our sunglasses and hats? Whats next all our clothes too?? I will never go back to that branch off Coal Mine ever again. Which is a shame because it's only 4 min from my house. Live and Learn! As a final note I do believe I was discriminated against for my hat which said "USA"

Im giving this five stars because of how great the teller was. Steve you gave amazing customer service and i will hopefully pass that message on to the supervisor! I came in to deposit a bond and it was slow but they were able to work with me.

Terrible Customer ServiceI needed two rolls of quarters and was told that I must open a account in order to recieve the $20.00 in quarters.With the hard times we are in I can not afford to bank with them right now and needed the quarters to do my laundry.Thank you so much 1st Bank for making things a bit more difficult.

Amazing! Cannot use the stamp that much!! I bring my checks about 40 or so and they want me to stamp them myself because "they cannot use the stamp that much"!!! Wow. This has been my bank for 30 years! Do a little work, please, your my bank!!!! At my main location, no issues, friendly and helpful. Logan and Hampden. You are a bank for goodness sakes.

Kelsey was great! Both my brother and I needed to set up checking accounts and she was friendly, helpful, and listened to all my questions and concerns. We were in and out in a timely manner so it didn't become an all day task. Am disappointed this isn't the location closest to me because it was a good experience.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I opened this bank as a secondary to handle my spending, etc. Someone stole my debit card and used it in a different state for almost $1000. I called to dispute and no one followed up but they denied the dispute, stating that someone matching my description made the purchase. IT WAS IN ANOTHER STATE! I provided proof of my whereabouts in Colorado at the time of the transaction, a police report, an airport theft report and they're still giving me the runaround. I've called 3 times and have been told they would follow up via phone and I'm still the one that has to initiate the call. They continue to say their fraud investigators have a phone call recording that verifies I authorized the purchase. I didn't know someone else could steal my personal stuff, use my debit card to phone in a purchase and I would be responsible for it... at this rate, all identity thieves should seek 1st Bank Customers because guaranteed they'll side with the thief. I'm opening a complaint with the Federal Reserve and possibly small claims. I have 2 other credit card companies and 1 other bank who all honored my disputes. 1st Bank was the only one that didn't issue a temporary credit, nor did they honor their customers dispute even with verifiable evidence.
