We are a business with over 10 accounts with Firstbank. I was at this location today and I had the best experience I ever had at Firstbank. My contact was Gabe Cox. He was professional, fast and very pleasant to work with. I asked him whether he is the branch manager, and that he surely deserves recognition from leadership for the quality of work he delivers

Worthless bank. If you need. ANYTHING done you have to be in person... jump through the hoops.... dance monkey dance. Running a business and have an emergency where you need to raise the spending limit on their debit card? Should be an easy fix call in and verify who you are have them raise the limit right?... WRONG! nope you have to drive across town go in and sign paperwork as if email and docusign doesn't exist.

I don’t know why there’s so much hate about this location. I’ve always had a good experience over the last five years. Can’t speak to the ATM machine issues.

I feel bad leaving this review but I can’t pay my bills in time because of this location.
I came in on 12/13 around 3:30pm to open a new bank account. My one request was that my debit card not be turned off and that the $200 I deposited would be accessible. I triple checked sooo many times. Welp, after I left the branch I had no access to my debit card and no deposit. Called the 24hr number and was told I won’t be able to access my money for 72 hours and there’s nothing they can do. You don’t understand what a bad spot this puts me in. I asked sooo many times because I would have just put $25 if I was told the correct information.
I’m genuinely devastated and I feel robbed. I will be closing my account the moment I get the money I deposited.. I can’t trust a place that can’t even open an account correctly.
- another thing my banker was new (he told me) so he asked the higher ups for help and they blew him off. I feel this is where the mistake was made.
