FirstBank has stolen hundreds of dollars from me over the course of the years that I’ve been a customer with them with their fake and wrongful overdraft fees. Sorry not customer, more like a victim.

The tellers stole $180 and the whole crew tried to cove for her, so as the branch manager. It’s dangerous to deposit your money into this bank.I have had bad experience with this bank. A year ago, I went there to deposit some money.The teller was $30 or $60 short, then I had the branch manager to check. After a few times recounts, I was told the money found and it was the machine’s problem.Then the past Friday, when I went this branch with some money, I was shorted $180. The teller threw all the money into her drawer before she checked the amount with me, though I tried to stop her from doing that. And all the crew in that branch tried hard to cover for her. I was told that it was my fault that I didn’t give the teller my numbers before her counting, and they had new procedures that they don’t need bring my money back to the window in order to void being robbed. IThus I offended all the crews after I was robbed $180 by one of them. So it’s very dangerous to deposit any cash with this bank.

Everything was OK till a day that I tried to pay with my card and it appeared as over credit limit. It's never happened to me before till now, hate it

1st Bank has been my hank since 1980. I have never had a problem with them. The customer service is so good, even just getting your balance by phone at 4AM. Walking in makes me very comfortable and part of a team.

I went to this branch to apply for a business credit card. I filled up an application in there with Janneth Guerrero then I called her weeks later left voice-mails to Janneth who never returned a call. Then I talked to Brenda chavez-Moreno who is in charge of the credit cards applications. She says she was working on it and she was going to call me later that day That never happened I called again 2 weeks later they said the application was lost. I was mad but I went to apply again I think my fault. Then I wait and wait and wait. Nobody called me. Finally I talked to Brenda again she mentioned that she approved a credit card for $2000.00 I spend over $20k monthly and they know that because they can see my statements. . Yesterday I called again because I have been waiting to receive the card for 3 weeks. Again they have all kinds of excuses to tell me that the card was not sent again they lost my application. Finally I decided to cancel my personal and business account First Bank should pay attention on these 2 employees because for some reason they are not doing their work. Thanks to Brenda chavez Moreno & Janneth Guerrero I closed my accounts after banking with this institution for over 10 years nothing wrong with the bank but their employees. They don't really care about they customers. Really poor customer service.

I don’t bank here personally BUT my girl does so. Anyways my girl Edith is funny and professional and a mom. When I came inside one time with my girlie the mgmt there blewt out my mind Debbie is a boss and Janeth on point and on fleek. Why this place rated so low blown my mind rn. People complaining about money when they making more than over half the mistakes easy. Best be thankful they fixing them. It’s regulated fools. Girls keep up the hard work we appreciate you!!

I received a call black was told that she was just being concerned about protocol, but I feel if that was correct she would show that in all aspects I didn’t have a problem with her being over weight , but dressing homeless in her place of work if she worried more about her weight as she worried about my money maybe she’d have a healthy weight food for thought not food no to ?
