The absolute WORST for any type of business accounts! They literally have some asinine policy that BARS you from transferring $ from a business account to a personal account online! I opened multiple business and trust accounts with them all in my name as the sole signer. I sometimes pay a business expense out of my personal account and need to be reimbursed. Or, I get paid out of a business account and want to deposit that money into my personal account via transfer. The online system blocks this and forces me to go to a branch even though it's MY money in all of these accounts!!! No one there can explain how or why this rule is in place. Other banks don't have this rule so why does FB??? I'm absolutely furious about this yet they don't care. Ridiculous!! I just moved my money to this bank and it took hours to set up these accounts. Now I can't use them the way I need to. What bank bars you from the free flow of money between accounts in your name?

Very unprofessional and rude. The staff speak in very condescending tones and use “that’s a hard no” when you ask to speak with a supervisor. Poor way of doing business. After trying to fix a problem with the associated Zelle account (which they refused to help fix the issue) and after reading all of the other one star reviews, I plan closing my account and banking with a much more professional bank.

I had an outstanding experience today at First Bank! Upon entering the bank I was promptly greeted by a friendly gal at the teller desk. Although I did not have an appointment to speak with a banker they were accommodating and got me in quickly with Jesse. Jesse was personable and able to answer all of my business banking questions thoroughly. He was also able to find solutions to my unique situation that our "home bank" (Chase) was unable to. While there is a bank on almost every corner within a 3 block radius of FirstBank, I am confident because of the experience I had today that I have made a wise decision to bank with Jesse and his team at FirstBank in Cherry Creek!

I don't know why First Bank has such a low rating on yelp? I've banked with First Bank for about eight years now. First Bank was the one and only lender, that would give me a loan to re-fi my home with lots of equity and a perfect credit rating under their portfolio program!If you have lots of equity in your home and can't find a lender because of your lack of income or lack of a job talk to them!!!Well done 1st bankKenny

This bank is a joke! The ATMs around town never work, the branch won't answer the phones, the corporate phone line is a day-long wait....In my situation, the branch didn't answer their phones, as usual, and corporate told me to call the branch. Then corporate couldn't even connect to the branch. When they finally did, the branch manager/supervisor lied to me and told me he'd call me on Monday when the issue was resolved. He didn't. I spent over 3 hours total trying to fix their mistake by sitting on their phone lines getting nowhere.

I liked this bank at first but, after several years of problems with them I’m out. I used the account with First Bank as a one of my secondary accounts. First I didn’t have much movement on the account so they charge me for no movement on the account! Than I changed it and had a lot of movement on the account. But they closed my account without any notice after I had there few hundred dollars overdrawn. I found out about my account being closed while I was unable to accept a payment to balance it. I called the branch and asked if they can accept the payment. I was told by Jessie the manager that I can balance the account but they closed it and I have to come physically to the branch and open a new account. I think they are just trying to justify a stone offices. When I asked why did didn’t let me know they plan to close my account, he said they sent an email on the day they closed it. I didn’t get that email and they were not able to resend the email when I wanted to see it. I have several other accounts and never had so many issues with a bank.

I am a long time customer FirstBank. I like FirstBank. However, this particular branch has the rudest tellers I have ever experienced. They are rude, snotty and not helpful at all. I would recommend going to another branch location for your banking needs.

They closed my accounts for no reason. I used 1st bank for 20 years. I have 2 accounts they closed without any warning I was so shocked.I had to waste a lot of time with them and it had a very bad effect on my business. I will never use 1st Bank again

I really enjoyed the switch to First Bank. Felt like a bank that cares about their customers. I look forward to making future investment with them as well. They offer everything I want in a bank. Maturity, care and customer relationships.

Was charged 1000$ for an account I had with my ex husband. He never took me off so they let is rack up 1000$ on charges an fees then closed it a. Stuck me with it. When I called to talk about it I was met with condescending tones an “well it’s your fault. He then just hung up. No nothing.Screw these guys. I’m a hairdresser in Covid an already struggling to make ends meet.
