Employees went above and beyond to help with returns when the totals did not match and told the best way to ensure a properly refunded. The manager is the sweetest hardworking woman who remembers customers, is always polite and kind, and runs the store for Five Below. Shopping since the location opened shows prices go up with tariffs but the store already has true dollar store worth with actual good quality items. Employees handled a disgruntled man well and professionally, and the store is lovely and welcoming.
