What an amazing team they have here!! We walked in kind of unsure about our design for a bathroom and after a few hours working with the design team (who saw us impromptu on short notice) we had a full bathroom design we love and renderings for out tile setter. We could not be more grateful to Curtis and the design team. Thank you again for all the time you spent with us!! So helpful.

We recently completed an extensive remodel of our master bedroom/bathroom. Floor & Decor was a great resource for us. We took home samples of so many types of flooring and tile from there! One thing that is especially great about them is that they will take back any extra tile that you have from your construction job! Most places may take only full boxes, some places won't even do that, or charge a restocking fee if they do. But Floor & Decor employees were always helpful, and were willing to take back even 1 PIECE of tile that we didn't need and refund our money. We even had to order some caulking by phone from a Floor & Decor in Colorado Springs that we couldn't get anywhere else, and it was at our house in 2 days. Great service. They are our preferred store for shopping for floor coverings from now on!

We went in not knowing exactly what we were looking for and Sean took the time to explain different types of flooring to us. He noticed my 1 year old daughter was really delighted by the balloons and he went out of his way to go get her one she could keep. I can’t say enough good things about Marcus at Floor & Decor! He went above and beyond to help us with measurements, weight, and even pointed out features we never would have thought to consider.
