DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Home Depot uses them. Like others, they showed up and refused to install a dishwasher. The tech said "It's an easy install" but refused to install it because there was a lazy susan between the dishwasher and drain? He could not give any explanation.

Dan o Connel I will be posting pictures shortly. I write this in a cry for a decent restroom. You have a sign that says our mother does not work here and so on. For us to clean up after ourselves which some of us do. But for the past two years of coming here the toilets have been the same, clogged and broken, varies people nasty presents waiting for us, very horrendous floors. A horrible shower, some of us don’t shower for days to get these loads cross country. Don’t we deserve something decent ? Oh not to mention everyone smoking or vaping marijuana right outside the doors. I understand it’s Colorado but some of us are not for it, and don’t appreciate a building reaking of thc. Will you make some adjustments to make your workplace in this building better ? Thanks in advance.

Dangerously unprofessional.One of these truckers passed me on the hwy, got in front of my truck and slammed on their brakes. When I tried to pass, I realized they were road ragging me because the driver tried to then run me off the road. If you see one of these trucks on the road, BEWARE.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use this company for delivery service. If you are ordering through places like Best Buy or Home Depot, this company is one of their contractors. Go into the store to order and ask for delivery by any other company, just not this one.The driver showed up with an appliance and within 45 seconds determined that he could not deliver it because it would not fit. Uh, yes, it did. We measured multiple times. He was under time crunch and decided we were not worth his time. First he tried to say he couldn't install because of the copper tubing. We told him that we got a product that did not need that. Then he said it was because there was not enough space. Yes, there was. We measured it, multiple times.Finally, I said, just bring it in, leave it in our living room and we would get the other one ready to haul away and he said he did not have time.We got angry because it was the second time that this specific company was assigned to deliver the same type of appliance and they found a reason not to deliver it the last time too. So here we are 4 months later and we still don't have it.Driver said it was a hostile environment and the company cancelled our delivery. No one ever tried to reach out and hear our side of the story. They took their driver's word for it. So, the driver's have no incentive for providing good customer support. And he knew that. It was pretty obvious by the look on his face that we had no way to get our product out of his van and that it wasn't going to matter what we did.Please, major appliance stores, do not use this company to deliver products. I have verifiable proof of our experience.

very bad service from this company they made me waste my time waiting for the delivery and they just throw my item in the driveway if you see they are the delivery company cancel the service they don't care about your staff

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with a driver from Forward Air Inc during a recent pickup in Aqua Rocks, Colorado. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement.First and foremost, this driver failed to identify himself properly. It's basic professionalism to introduce oneself to the customer, but this individual couldn't even manage that. No name, no identification, nothing. It left me feeling uneasy from the get-go.Furthermore, the driver displayed a complete lack of courtesy and willingness to assist. Not only did he not offer to help with the crate, but he was also dressed in a manner that was utterly inappropriate and unprofessional. Wearing pants with half of his buttocks exposed, as clearly evident in a picture I took, is not only disrespectful but also unacceptable. It's astonishing that Forward Air Inc would employ someone who appears in public like this, representing their company.The most concerning part of this ordeal was the driver's utter neglect of his responsibilities. He did not properly secure our crate, putting the safety of our shipment at risk. Additionally, he didn't bother scanning it, which is a fundamental part of the shipping process and is necessary for tracking and accountability.To add insult to injury, when I attempted to contact Forward Air Inc's customer service regarding this atrocious experience, I was met with the same level of unprofessionalism and indifference. It's clear that the lack of professionalism extends far beyond just this one driver.In summary, my recent encounter with Forward Air Inc's driver in Aqua Rocks, Colorado, was a complete disaster. From his failure to identify himself, his inappropriate attire, and his negligence in securing and scanning our shipment, to the abysmal customer service provided by the company as a whole, this experience was nothing short of infuriating. I strongly advise anyone considering Forward Air Inc for their shipping needs to think twice and explore more reliable and professional alternatives.

They can't be bothered to update tracking info, so good luck knowing when your shipments will actually be delivered. Rude customer service too.

The times I called to check on delivery/ schedule one , everyone was super incredibly helpful no hesitation. I got my part early in a well packaged crate. I got my item early and couldn’t be happier with everything. I suggest calling the carrier right away to arrange delivery and verify contact details are correct etc.

They never show up for pick ups on the day they are schedule. They show up multiple days later after I have dropped of the freight to their terminal and asked them to cancel the pick up.
