It was late in the day, with only two people working the counter, so there was a little bit of a wait to get our rental. They worked quickly and efficiently to get everyone helped. Both were very upbeat, knowledgeable and professional. The car was clean and easy to locate.

The agent was very nice and professional. The car, however, smelled terrible. It was an older car for the amount I paid and I was forced to buy insurance even though I'd already paid for it through the app. It was an added cost of almost $400. I will not rent there again.

CJ does a great job here, this is my 3rd time with him on pickup/return here and he is as professional with understanding of his role here. He should get a raise!
