Milly is extremely rude I cam in to add my new car on to my existing policy and she was completely not helpful I've been insured from r 6 years and never had and issue until dealing with this rude representative and she was in deed in store. I asked for a card and she responded she didn't have one then I asked who's cards are the desk and she replied oh sorry didn't see them being sarcastic. Horrible experience.

This is my first and hopefully my last experience with Fred Loya. Everyone I spoke to from Lawyer to doctors gave me a "oh i'm sorry" when I said who the persons insurance company is who hit me and I did not know why until now. I have been dealing with Loya for almost 3 years and thats with the person who hit me admitting fault however Loya doesnt believe I am injuerd even with the multiple doctor reports...so finally after I am just sick of dealing with this I settled less than my doctors bills just to be done with them and did a underinsured motorist claim against my insurance to try and finalize this however over a month the papers have been signed and Loya keeps telling my lawyer the check is in the mail. I am sure they wouldnt accept that response for their monthly charge to their customers. I guess thats why everyone says dealing with them is a joke and they are just insurance for those without license or need very little coverage just to get plates. I dont know, I do know my experience has been rediculas and I feel sorry for anyone who gets hit by someone covered by Fred Loya insurance.

I was rear ended by a person insured by Fred Loya. I was extremely nervous about being taken care of based on some of the reviews I’d read online, but everything with my repair went smoothly.A day after the accident I was called to give the statement and was notified a few days later that they were accepting liability. I had to go to their office for the initial estimate and received a check in the mail about a week later. Setting up my rental was easy and Fred Loya extended it for as long as I needed and the shop was paid before I picked my car up.Would I carry them as my own insurance? No, I don’t think so. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have my case taken care of as it was given, like I said, the reviews I’d read.
