Incompetent employees work there, they deceive and do not want to help, because of this I had to go to another office to resolve my issue

I won't give my business to a company that can't speak to me with respect not any more I'm over being treated like my my money wasn't earned and just given to me.I work to hard for mine and will not wastebit on places with no care for customer service.
