I started going here years ago after I met Lee, a great rep. Brianna is part of why I keep going back. While the facility and staff are always great, Brianna is an exceptional individual. Kind helpful and literally the only person who has ever remembered my name in any supply store.

They have improved greatly in customer service over the past year. This is my primary distributor for my skincare business at this time, and since making that clear and stating my challenges, they have clearly worked on making improvements! I have been a customer here for many years! When one of my drop shipping items was lost due to a mail carrier error, they comped and quickly shipped out a replacement order for the customer. This was greatly appreciated!

I called ahead, they had exactly what I needed !! I don't have a ? license, but asked nicely if I could please purchase this one item from them, since I left my #1 in a hotel recently on our Anniversary. FYI, I have had my Wahl clippers for 30-40 years, and the new attachment fit perfectly !!

I love this beauty supply store. Every time I go in for something, they are super helpful. They may not carry all the brands I like but they've introduced me to others that I really like. I definitely recommend them!

We’ve been using them for years, however I’ve grown frustrated with a product that they and only they carry never being in stock. I have since gone straight to the mfr website and got the product right away. If you aren’t carying the product then just say so, or do a reoerder.

I have been coming here for 2 years. I love it here! They call me personally to see if I need anything every once in a while and the workers are just soooo nice! They help me find everything I need as well as give me wonderful recommendations. Great prices as well!!! If I could do 6 stars I would!!!!!
