Reading bad reviews always makes you scared that you might end up in the same situation. But we're lucky. Overnight parking is immediately to the right of the entrance to the site. We checked in (office in the right corner of the building) at 5:30, were given the door at 6:00 and immediately began unloading. For 18 pallets we paid $265. At 7:40 they brought the documents.
We returned to the parking lot and rested some more.
Pleasant experience.

If there was 0 star review I would like to give them, worst company and employee, appointment was for 8:00 am I checked in at 6:30 it's 10:00 am and they didn't give any door, still waiting

After reading all of the horrible reviews, I made sure to be one of the first drivers to check in. The delivery appointment was for 8:00a.m.
Checked in: 5:00a.m.
Bills in hand: 8:45a.m.
Overnight parking onsite

I have had a really bad experience with the regional manager J***Y. Zero customer service and communication skills. They say something and failed to respond with lies after lies. Would highly suggest the owners to hone in on employees work ethics

Checked in at 6:am, got to the dock at 11:00 am. My appointment was at 8:00 am, but they yelled at me when I came back to the office to ask why that long. They said no one cares what time your appointment is, they will call when they are ready for unloading. Was waiting for paperwork until 1:30 pm. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Awful place.

03/22/23 I went to deliver a load to this site.
THIEF
I checked in at 6:00am.
They downloaded me and I paid for the download.
I waited 3 and a half hours and went to ask if my documents were there.
There was a very rude woman in the office who almost had a stroke because she was so angry that she was about to ask if door #15 was ready.
So that they put people in jobs with a very closed mind and they want to take it out on other people for the stress that their work causes them.
It was an unpleasant experience since I am not used to meeting this kind of ignorant and uneducated people.
On the other hand, I loved the place because I was able to spend the night here and there was room to maneuver.

Worst experience ever, appointment 6 am, arrived at 0530. Took my # down and told me to wait at the staging area. 7.15, checked back in, I was told we can't unload you till 9 am, staff not here yet. 9 am. checked back in, I was told you have no appointment and we are looking to book you one, 11.30 am they unload me, only 4 pallets. Super lazy, I never pay attention to the reviews till I come cross something myself. About this lazy bone place, all the 0 stars ? reviews are correct. Put it on my black list and never come back here ever.

This place sucks. From the time it takes to get in a dock. 2 hours after appointment then they unload and make you pay and sit for more hours to get paperwork. The little girl behind glass is rude and needs her attitude adjusted. ? Do not bring loads here.
