“Noone wants to find themselves in a position to use a funeral home. However, in the unfortunate circumstances you find yourself there you need a place you can trust. I worked with Andrei and Mila. They were upfront with all costs and were able to help me get thru the process of cremating my little sister. They were compassionate in my time of need and worked with her special circumstances. They made this process as hassle free as circumstances would allow and were very communicative every step of the way. Thank you for making this stressful and heartbreaking event a little easier to manage. They defenitely earned my trust and respect.”

“It's never easy to have to make end of life plans, much less at the last minute. My father died much more quickly than expected, and A Basic Cremation (along with several others) was recommended by a social worker. After calling all the options, I came back to A Basic Cremation because the staff was incredibly kind, very informative, extremely easy to work with, and fit my budget with the understanding that we would be releasing my Dad's ashes at a private location. They explained the process well, and the transfer from the hospice facility to them went smoothly. When I picked up the ashes, they were so incredibly gentle and thoughtful. The whole experience was wrapped in respect and kindness, and I am deeply grateful for their thoughtfulness as I navigated a very challenging part of life.”

“I had to recently use Denver Cremation for the loss of my family member. I was recommended to her from the hospital. The hospital spoke very highly of Tammy. Once I talked to Tammy I felt at home. Other places I called for information made me feel like I had owed them something just to answer the phone. I highly recommend tammy, she is very honest and upfront with a lot of information that the other funeral homes wouldn’t even talk about. Thank you tammy I really appreciate the work you done for me and my family.”

“Rose and the team at Tulip were very communicative in a timely and kind manner, always accessible by phone too. If they did not know an answer to a query, they would find out and call back, also in a timely manner.
Had two 'glitches' but turned out just fine:
1. Having pre-paid by future deceased's CC and was told it was not possible because the charge does not go into affect until after death (then why is it called 'prepay?'), but he told me it went through before he passed.
2. Local hospice did not remove St. Christopher necklace and although we called Tulip and they said they did not find it, it was delivered with the ashes! Pleasant surprise and relieved son.
3. Sounds odd to say, but they were very economical. Found them online and have already recommended them to several folk.
Thank you Tulip, you made this experience of loss more bearable. Wish I could put 4.75 stars!”

“On May 4th, my beloved Grandmother passed away. Although she had prior arrangements with a funeral home in NY, we had to work with someone here in Denver to handle the retrieval of her body and the cremation, and we were put in touch with Mile High Funeral and Cremation Services here.
At 9:30pm, a gentleman by the name of Tony, showed up in a 3-piece, tailored suit. He was the absolute most consummate professional and was so caring and attentive during our time of despair. He showed my Grandmother the utmost respect and kindness. He had a single rose that he took and touched her head with and left the rose on her nicely straightened bed. He then took her body out to the vehicle. In the final surprising gesture, as the vehicle was pulling away, he played "Amazing Grace", in the bagpipe version as he slowly left with her. What a touching tribute. I was blown away at the attention to detail that was paid to my Grandmother and I during this unimaginable time.
Dealing with Austin, was also a welcomed interaction. He was helpful and kind and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to have been involved with during this process.
Thank you Mile High Funeral & Cremation Services, you FAR exceeded my expectations.”
