I've been living here for a year but finally submitting a review after my first experience with maintenance.
Tae was great: super friendly and quick to resolve my issues. I had multiple maintenance requests in, he knocked them all out in one visit and showed me how to prevent some of the issues from reoccurring. He even found another issue I wasn't aware of.
I also want to shout out Keegan from the front office, he made the move in process super easy last year, giving me tours of multiple units and answering all my questions in the first few weeks after moving in.

This review pertains to the leasing and move-in experience - Keegan was very knowledgeable during the tour and helpful throughout the leasing process. Upon move-in when we had an AC issue; Tae helped us quickly and was a pleasure to work with! We had cool air within an hour of making the maintenance request!

Tae was very helpful and not only fixed a malfunctioning light but made sure all the overhead track lights were optimally tilted.
Update 3/21/25: Maintenance here continues to be excellent, and the office staff is also great.
We love our apartment - it faces west and the mountain view is stunning. The wood floors are beautiful, as are the granite counters. I do wish the doors to the large closet opened outward instead of inward, and that the closet had better lighting. I also wish we had shades instead of blinds - the blinds are very difficult to raise and lower.
We recently renewed our lease for another 14 months, only to find out afterwards that an important amenity has been removed - our secure Parcel Pending package lockers. They have switched to Fetch, and I got the app and signed up, only to find that I would need to send my packages, medications, etc. not to my address, but to a warehouse way, way north of here, thus potentially delaying deliveries. Many recent reviews of Fetch say they lose packages regularly, and the service requires that you select from a delivery window, and many reviews say those are limited and sometimes not available that day. Our health insurance requires us to get our prescriptions by mail, so Fetch's track record of lost or delayed packages in not acceptable. I have lowered my rating for this building from 5 to 3 stars because of this.

This could have so easily been a 5 star review but I will never recommend an apartment complex that requires residents to use Fetch for package delivery. Not only does Fetch have an absolutely horrible reputation (which should have been obvious to whoever's decision it was to force residents onto this system, making it clear that they don't care about resident experience) but they're also charging over $300 (that was NOT in the lease) a year for the privilege of having your packages take longer to arrive and be more annoying to receive (if they arrive at all). It's actually insulting to be asked to pay hundreds of dollars a year for the service of receiving packages at the place that you live and pay thousands of dollars of rent a month for.
I deliberately looked for an apartment complex that did not use this service only to have it randomly added a month after move in. It can't be overstated how disappointed I was to receive the e-mail from management that this was happening. Never rent at a place that uses Fetch. It is ONLY a benefit for management, and you get to (literally) pay the price for it.
It's unfortunate because my interactions with the leasing team have been great, and I am generally otherwise happy with my apartment decision.

Great team. Had an emergency where my unit got flooded from the unit above and they were super quick to respond to get me into a new unit in the same day. Always good talking with them as well!

Almost everything about this apartment is fantastic. The location is great, the leasing office staff are great, the parking is reasonably priced and easy to use, the apartments are nice.
Unfortunately they've announced that they're forcing a switch for their package management to Fetch instead of Parcel Pending (after I've already paid for a year of parcel pending, which seems quite unfair tbh). Anyone who knows anything about Fetch knows that it's an absolutely terrible service that causes huge headaches with package delivery. I deliberately avoided leasing a complex that uses them (and I would suggest you do too), only to have Gables announce they were switching to them after I had signed my lease and moved in. Incredibly disappointing.
