About Geek Squad

The Geek Squad in Best Buy is professional and flexible service. Folks appreciated very knowledegable staff who design an audiovisual system and personal attention and expertise. He did an excellent job an technical set up and computer wiring and explained things because they didn't understand anything. Only the Northglenn shop returned my computer in worse condition twice so they don't recommend that one. Money seems more important than customer service and the new credit card is difficult to use. Folks look elsewhere for support.

    Only the Geek Squad in the Northglenn shop, the one on Mexico Boulevard returned my computer in worse condition twice, so I don't recommend that one.
