Terrible results and worse customer service. They can’t match paint on a 7 year old car that has been super well taken care of. Then the manager screamed and threatened me in front of his employees. I am disappointed that USAA would recommend this terrible shop.
6/10 update: yes upper management reached out. But I still wasted time and money taking my car to another gerber location and still have a mismatched paint. This is a waste of time.

Amazing experience! I needed a bumper replaced and wanted my car back in time for my camping trip. They pulled out the stops and made it happen even with a tight turn around. And the bumper looks amazing! Would highly recommend.

My experience was great! Berkley and RJ were nice and helpful. Repairs appear to be excellent. They cleaned my car which I wasn't expecting and feels nice when you get it back. Text updates came regularly so I knew what to expect. They work with Enterprise so you get picked up. Easy. Overall, I was very pleased!

Thank you to Berkley at Gerber who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, she keeps me coming back. Gerber’s number is saved on my phone as “Berkley”. Repairs done before promised and they seek perfection.

I dropped my car off at Gerber as recommended by my insurance company. A few mistakes were made, but when made aware of the mistakes, the Manager Steve, stepped in and made sure my car was repaired correctly. Everything came out perfectly!

I was dealing with a towing mishap today at this location. Berkeley from the front desk and Steve were extremely helpful and kind with helping me sort everything out. Extremely professional, efficient and made sure I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place.

I can honestly say that Gerber Collision and Glass is the best car repair shop I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly friendly and keep you well informed of the progress. My car was ready before scheduled, imagine that~! I had been putting off having a side swipe fixed on my car as I truly don't like dealing with car repair shops, always promising a date, and never meeting that date but rest assured you are in fabulous hands with Gerber. The entire experience was completely pleasant and a shout out the the General Manager Steve Hernandez who keeps his shop immaculate and his staff happy! Do not hesitiate to go to Gerber Collision and Glass on Satne Fe Drive in Denver you will not be dissapointed!

Steve is the new manager, and wow do they focus on customer service! Everyone in the office was so kind and understanding. Also very speedy, very professional, helped me say goodbye to my Jeep (totaled, alas), walked me thru options and next steps and even gave me a ride home. Highly recommend!

Best service ever. Period. The general manager Steve and the estimator Chris went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The GM Steve even opened the shop up on Saturday when they were closed to accommodate my work schedule so I could pick up my car ASAP. They are truly the best. 10:10 recommend!!!!
