Went for an estimate. It was easy to find right on S. Colorado blvd & easy to park right in front of it almost on the curb. Dustin, GM did the estimate. He was very prompt, polite, proffesional, helpful & thorough.

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. My insurance company was a nightmare, but Woodie at Gerber Collision was amazing. His initial explanation of what to expect was spot on and the communication even better than I expected. Somehow they even finished the work before the estimated completion date! I can’t thank them enough for picking up where the insurance company dropped the ball, and getting me my car back

Terrible place. My insurance company recommended this shop for an assessment of my car, which was involved in an accident. According to the insurance company, this shop was supposed to send a tow truck and bring my vehicle in for evaluation. It was quite difficult to make an appointment with them for towing. Finally, when I managed to get through, the employee told me they were unable to tow my vehicle, unable to repair it if repairs were needed, and that they do not perform assessments. It's unclear why the insurance company even included this useless shop on the list of recommended assessment centers. I only wasted my time and nerves. NOT RECOMMENDED.

If I could do Zero stars I would. I wish I could have experienced this customer service others are talking about but I didn't even get a chance to getting the estimate done because the estimator Chad I was scheduled with kept telling me that it would be a waste of his time and mine because the shop can’t work on aluminum and he doesn’t get paid to write estimates. I told him I was aware of that when I called and scheduled my appointment and I was just looking to see general cost to help me figure out if I wanted to go out of pocket or through insurance. but he just kept trying to avoid doing it and insisting that I go to an aluminum shop. after 15 minutes of going back and forth I realized even if my vehicle was able to be worked on here i wouldn't get it done with his poor customer service. He gave me his business card with 2 locations englewood and Boulder highly recommend those 2 locations even if they are completely out of the way

The initial estimate for completion was over a month, but to my delight, the team completed the work much faster without compromising quality. The repairs are flawless—my car looks and feels brand new! Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to excellent service truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for their remarkable craftsmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction!

Went for a collision estimate. Even though I had a blown out headlight, and turn signal, they told my wife she was safe to drive. Which, she wasn't, because the car wasn't street legal at that point. Super shady. Avoid.

Clown Show. Brought my BMW in for an estimate (twice). Insurance called them and they said they aren't certified to work on BMW's. What?! Why would they provide an estimate and not say anything?

They were able to fix my car from an accident and the repairs were completed extremely quickly. I received regular updates while my car was being worked on so I always knew what was happening.
I was very impressed with the customer service I recieved. I had the pleasure of working with Woody and Ashely and both of them were extremely kind, knowledgeable and communicative.

The quality of work was outstanding and Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with. However, you should plan to be without your vehicle for a very very long time. Mine was in for 42 days and they didn't begin work until day 8. It appears they may be over-booking for the small staff they have.

I had a great experience with the folks here. My car was fixed faster than they initially expected and Woodie was great about communication and kept me updated through the whole process! Highly recommend!

Avoid this place at all costs! You think they are getting you in quickly so you chose it over other body shops but its a scam. They had my car for over two months for a fender bender. Even better when I got it back the paint was bubbled to hell. If they think giving your car back with a paint job like that is okay I cant imagine what the repair is like.... On top of that they claim they are providing great communication by sending you a generic text daily. I had to call multiple times to understand why my car was sitting for a week before it got looked at. Sitting for a week at a sister shop for an AC repair. Sitting for a week while the part was delayed. It was just one thing after another all for my car to come back and the light I told them came on right after the accident to still be on and for part of my car that was damaged to not be fixed. On top of that they didn't tell me this part was damaged (they didn't mention it or fix it) so I drove on it and blew out my transfer case. Cost me $2,600.
They are condescending and talk down to women because we don't know about cars. Truth is I don't know about cars but I do know the service and the repair was a beyond horrible experience. Three missed deadlines to have my car to me and when I held them accountable they would get pissed and make excuses.
Would not recommend to anyone unless you want your car to take months and come back not all the way fixed with bubbled paint.

Had a wonderful experience here. Woodie was super helpful, communicative, and our vehicle was finished early. Would highly recommend and will come back if we have any other future needs!
