Ordered a rig and a banger. Had another rig from this brand that lasted 8 years before sadly breaking due to my gfs clumsiness. Package came sooner than expected but unfortunately the banger was broken. Called the customer service line and they sent out a new banger same day. Great products and service id highly recommend
