The experience in coming to buy from this Shop was a disaster, very bad attention from the store employee, very rude, impolite, I came from afar to buy here, and I left without taking anything. In the end, it is always better to buy online, so the businesses run by people like that will disappear. 07-01-23

I left work to come to this location for a couple of items. Online it says the store opens at 10am, the sign on the door also said opens at 10am. I arrived at 10:10 and the lights were off and door was locked. Terrible customer service. It makes me wonder of the owner is truly that dedicated to this store. I won't try to shop here again.

Went in at 6, they close at 8 - and no one was there. Would have been nice to have a heads up that they just take the day off before I drove all the way down there.

I was here today, 10/01/2022 at 12:30pm, and I had a really terrible experience with the guy who was working there. He is really rude, racist, and extremely unpolite, and I wish GNC would determine this guy because he’s going to give a bad picture to the GNC customers to be more accurate I think this guy looked like a Mexican guy. I’m sure he was not an American. I will be very happy to provide more information about this bad experience if needed, because I don’t want anyone to have the same experience ???

Im a LONG TIME customer, and I accidentally ordered an item to the wrong location, a 45min bus ride, I called to cancel the order, but the employee said he couldnt do ANYTHING my ONLY option was to pick it up. So instead of just walking up to my normal location, I am now bussing across town. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely NOO! My husband and I walked up to a sign on the front door that said "Getting lunch - 5 min" and the best part, it was 11:28am and they had only opened at 11am. Not even open for half an hour and already leaving work. There were others waiting too. We decided to hit Michaels for a bit to pass the time. Came out OVER 45 MIN LATER and the sign was still there! Couldn't even leave a message on the store phone when I called. The worst part is, this isn't the first time this has happened. I just read a different review from someone else from 3 months ago and she explained the exact same situation. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A STORE!

Get here at 10:11. (Keep in mind they open at 10)There is a sign on the door saying “back in 10”….. well here I am … waiting almost 30 minutes later and NOBODY has showed up. What manager let’s their employees just ditch work during open hours? I’ve tried to call - I can’t even leave a message. This is truly ridiculous. Go to a different GNC - just don’t even waste your time with this one

The kid who is working there right now, at 2:54 on Thursday the 26th is rude as hell. First instance, I waited outside the store 15 minutes past the time they were set to open for him to get there, went inside and got my things. I told him I wanted a different flavor of a drink that I had purchased and he said oh it’s too late, as if a refund/swap was impossible. Today I called looking for a specific product, he said they don’t carry it and he had never heard of it. I said “wow, if you lift definitely check it out, it’s great for joints and tendons.” Kid literally said “nah I’m good, have a good day” then hung up on me. Don’t fire this kid, but he needs to learn how to be a nicer person when dealing with customers, or get a different job. It’s simple.
