Incompetent staff with a lack of knowledge of the products they sell. Bought a 18mm bowl for my bong thinking it would fit, brought it home and it did not. I asked if I could return the bowl I'd it didnt fit and return 5min later to the staff member explaining he said exchange. He was acting super weird when I said they don't have anything I could use. Fascinating

Tommy is a great business man. If u need to grab some vape goods or CBD needs stop at Going Vapes you wont be disappointed. Going Vapes has a awesome and unique display to chooses from. Customer service is great. I cant wait to see what the future holds for this business.

Stopped here after Cignot Vape Shop down the street recommended a vape to me that I wasn't happy with. Should've came here first. Staff was super helpful, I got 3-4 times the juice for a few bucks more than I paid at Cignot and staff actually listened to what I said and recommended a device that is perfect for me. Will definitely be back!
