Terrible staffing at drop off. Take your stuff anywhere else. Each and every time I’ve been here the staff is rude and unhelpful from unwilling to help and lies about what they take to cussing at people dropping items.

Worst Goodwill I have ever been to. Hands down. The store is a disorganized mess and there aren't even any fitting rooms. How are you supposed to know if anything fits especially with their draconian return policy. Do yourself a favor and don't shop for clothes here.

Noticed an employee aggressively gathering all sale colored tags today- white and purple. She let me know they collect all colored sale tags for the day off the floor so you cannot buy sale items.

We stopped in to pass the time and was pleasantly surprised at how big and well organized the store is. It was easy to browse and find items. They have a huge selection of all kinds of items. If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. You should stop by and see what they have!

Very large well organised store. I liked the display area at the window. Talking to other customers I realised there were no fittings rooms, this made me second guess everything I had chosen. I realise & understand the problems the store faces but I was disappointed. Choose easy items I knew fit. I’m not in a position to return items & avail of a credit note. I’m happy with my finds & would recommend this store if you’re in the area.

It's an okay place if you come early enough. I will say that some staff can be a little rude. A few weeks ago, I found a small Coach bag that was with the regular purses and it didn't have a label or tag. It was a simple black purse so I didn't know until I got to the counter and the cashier searched and searched for a label hiding in a small pocket. She then offered to sell it for $60 and accused me of taking the bag off the racks where designer bags were zipped tied.

Nice store with a big selection but won’t be shopping here again. Fitting rooms permanently closed due to “health and safety” (read: they don’t want to staff them) - instead the resolution is to buy and take home to try on… if it doesn’t fit they won’t refund you, instead you get STORE CREDIT.
Seems like quite the scam from this “nonprofit” - they don’t tell you about this policy, so buyer beware.

Very upset with my experience here, no fitting rooms so I was told to take things home to try on and return if they don't work. What I wasn't told is they only offer store credit for returns. No signage of this policy anywhere either. Guess I'm not shopping at goodwill again
