No fitting rooms and the place had a stinky musty smell. Then the clothes reeked of pungent fabric softener sheets.

After my visit at the store today, in the parking lot I'm writing this review:$24.99 for basic shoes!$124.99 for a chair! Both of those items I wanted to buy but I cannot justify the price. Reminder to Goodwill that your inventory is a DONATION. Your prices should reflect that! This is GREEDWILL, not Goodwill.I will no longer shop at GREEDWILL.

Awful location, rude managers, they only care about profit here. Also, I found a blood stain on a flannel I bought here, and they said it was my fault there was a stain on it! Do NOT shop here!!!

This store changed a lot for the worst, the far back wall was recently painted to a dark blue which gives the store a depressing vibe and their electronics display used to be good but now is nonexistent and electronics downstairs are cluttered and unorganized, management at this store are rude and they lack accountability for themselves. Don't blame your employees for low sales and then cut their hours.

Great selection. Racks are packed and a bit disorganized. Everyone is very nice! Good parking. No fitting rooms still, though or bathrooms which is an inconvenience.

Super busy. High volume. Lots of pickers because of the neighborhood it’s in so sometimes you get lucky but I don’t go out of my way to come here unless I’m already in Broadway area.

I've always loved this store for its wide selection of items. But what's gone downhill is the fact that they no longer let you try on anything, but they won't give you a cash refund if you take it home to try on and it doesn't work. I just left 20 items at the register because that was a deal breaker for me. A simple solution is to just open up the dressing rooms again.

I don't feel like this Goodwill wants customers. They have now locked their bathrooms and have signs that say no public restrooms. Even if you go to the store weekly and buy several items you can't use the bathroom with the amount of workers in that store I'm not sure why they can't have someone unlock the restroom like other businesses in the area. This week on several days they are blasting fans/AC all the poor workers are walking around in coats, and beanies. I could barely look around because it was colder inside than the outside. I would hate to see how Monday was MLK day Denver was -9 to -15. We shop here weekly and it has been pulling away from customer service, and the last two things just adds to us not wanting to shop here. Please give some of your inventory down the road to the other Goodwill so that we can shop there comfortably. Lines are long, shoes are dirty and clothes isn't that great of price. They do get a lot of inventory so this is why we have been stopping by but might start skipping this store

I like this location and have donated a lot of my wardrope here. Unfortunantley the fitting rooms have been unavilable for at least a year or more and there is just no excuse. How hard is it to open up a fitting room? The covid pandemic is over i dont know why its still closed. You can only get store credit for returns, which i get but its absurd considering you cant try anything in to see if it fits. DO BETTER

Good brands and good turn over. I always have fun and leave with something awesome. (But heavily trafficked dirty and packed racks.. what more could you want from a shoppe?)

Shopping baskets would be helpful here. The shopping carts don’t fit in the book room (btw, books are jumbled together—at least a fiction/non-fiction distinction would be immensely helpful just as male/female items are in separate areas) and if the cart is left unattended for any length of time it and its contents are moved and/or then put back on the shelves. A word of advice is to marry your shopping cart while you are there. Otherwise, the store has a great and varied selection of items.
