My daughter and I do live shopping events for our personal business and this store went above and beyond and treated us very well while we spent close to 7 hours in their store!! Great job!! Thank you for having us!! We can't wait to shop your shelves again soon!!
UPDATE: We made our second visit to this store and we're so pleasantly welcomed by the staff!! We spent all day shopping and when we finished our 7 hours, the check out was so easy! It made us feel very good to have such great staff take care of us once again. Our customers did not want to leave the store!! We will be returning again soon!! Thank you for having us!!

Randy just took my donation and I have never met a kinder, more genuine, caring, donation taking employee. He said he loves his job and you can tell! Keep up the great work Randy!!

If you are coming here for any potential video game findings, don't. This place, outside cables and controllers, is an absolute deadzone for anything video games. After 30 minutes, we found one PC game and it was missing the second disc.
To add to that, most music is pretty poor. Scratches everywhere and the vinyl in some feel fake.
This place honestly had no redeeming bits about it. It was like experiencing the Great Depression all confined into a Good Will.

This is one of my favorite Goodwills. I love how the staff organizes the clothes based on color.

Unpleasant experience trying to drop off donations and the staff clearly don't want to accept them because that would mean doing their jobs. ARC across the street is a better place to go.

The short middle-aged man in charge is a extremely UNPROFESSIONAL toward female shoppers, and has made this location unbearable.
He stands behind me and stares at me while shopping. When I acknowledged him, he scolded me and said I shop "too aggressively." He then proceeded to hit on me, asking me what I do, and asked if I go to college. (why r u hitting on girls 20 years younger than u?? Aren't u suppose to be working??) I made it clear that I was not interested...Now he harasses me every time I'm there.
Last week, I SHOPPED FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE MAKING MY RETURN AND HE REFUSED to accept my return and STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME, and said "my items were not on the receipt", and excused me "trying to return unpurchased items", and told me I am "banned from this location". I don't understand how someone could even return unpurchased items...and I WAS RETURNING ITEMS I WALKED IN WITH, AND I HAD A VALID RECEIPT. He had no evidence to support his accusations against me.
I came back to this same location 14 hours later and his employee completed the exact same return (& same receipt) with NO ISSUES.
I shop at multiple Goodwills every week and I have never had an issue with returning my merchandise after I shop.
If that's a rule, then MAKE A SIGN, but no where does it say to complete your return before shopping.
This man is also constantly micromanaging and yelling at his employees. Every employee (besides him) whom I've interacted with have all been super nice and helpful!!
I do not recommend shopping at this location if you do not want to be stared at like a piece of meat by the store manager.
(They also pull all of the 50% and 30% color items off of the racks and replace with all full priced items)

Tempted not to leave this review because I feel like it's a hidden gem, but this store deserves more than a 2 star review. One of the few goodwill thrift stores left that is still priced right. While everywhere else is hiking up their prices, they seem to stay in that sweet spot. Still more than it used to be - no one is immune to inflation, however, it's rare i see something marked up super high. They remodeled recently and all the clothing racks are circular now. Also someone who works there is good about putting together really cute curated decor sections at the ends of the isles. Lastly - for anyone wondering, no they do not have fitting rooms anymore, they're actually used for more things that are for sale. However you have more than 7 days to return items (for store credit). My only complaint would be that all the bags are locked and I don't like bothering workers so it really discourages me from getting any bags there.

For a place that relies on donations to exist, it's appalling that the Donation Center staff receives you as if they were doing YOU a favor for getting your clothes and shoes.I brought in three full bags of clothes in excellent shape and it was as if I was giving them trash.Next time, I will put my bags in the Clothes & Shoes donation bins around the city. That will spare me the annoyed faces.

Prices went absolutely insane at this location in the last few months. Way higher than other suburb areas in Highlands ranch, Littleton, and centennial. Noticed many used items priced at or above retail. Not cool.

They permanently closed their dressing rooms for "The safety of all guests" , unfortunate and inconvenient, but probably justified. But for some reason they've removed ALL mirrors in the entire store??? So you can't even try anything over your clothes and see how it looks. What harm were the mirrors doing? It doesn't make any sense. If you're just looking for shoes or decorations maybe, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

There aren’t many items at this location anymore because GW here now has an eBay store. This store used to be packed and it used to be easy to move through. Now they have a fraction of items on round racks and prices are insane. If you’re wondering where your donations are going …it’s to their eBay store!

Used to be my go to spot to find nice vintage clothing, but they closed the dressing room and covered the mirrors so you can't try anything on or see how it looks. I assume that's to force you to purchase and when it doesn't fit you have to return for store credit. Also the circular racks are a nightmare. Really sad always loved this spot.
