This place is HORRIBLE. Took my car to have A/C checked. After 8 1/2 I called back and they said we checked your A/C and said it was working fine. I knew this was a dishonest response because only hot air was being gemerated when A/C was running. Explained this to manager and he was completely unprofessional and said we are too busy and you will need to bring in another day to look at again. I was told I had to pay the diagnostic fee. The following information will illustrate why the manager needs to be educated on how vehcles operate and just how incompetent they are.
I took my vehicle to another Goodyear and was told they could not run diagnostic because the A/C was a different type of A/C only dealers had equipment to check the system. Told me to not waste my money or time on a diagnostic that would not be correct. At least one of your Goodyear stores hire competent and honest employees.

Was stuck on the side of the road in downtown Denver when my battery exploded on my Ford Explorer - this was about 5 blocks from this Goodyear location. Called this Goodyear location - Cody had the battery I needed in stock - and even personally drove it out to me - delivering it to me on the side of the road in about 5 minutes from when I called (no joke - amazing service). We popped it in, connected it to the battery terminals and the car started right away. These guys are amazing. Saved me hundreds of dollars (if not thousands of dollars) from getting towed to a service location. And he even took away my old battery for recycling. Awesome humans! Awesome job guys! Can't thank you enough for your quick response to my emergency. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Came in for an oil change and to have a slow leak in my tire looked at. They told me that the leak in the tire was too close to the inside of the wheel so I needed to purchase FOUR NEW WHEELS. I took my car to Le Schwab for a second opinion and they patched my tire and sent me on my way. My windshield wiper fluid also ran out a week later so I know that Goodyear did not check my liquids which is included in the oil change service. I recommend going literally anywhere else for an oil change (grease monkey) or wheel related issues (les schwab).

My car had a flat tire and I live very close to the store. I stopped by and asked them to check the tire. The person working there told me they don’t have the tool to check the car!!! They also said the earliest they can fix the car would be in two weeks or so!!! Just imagine a Goodyear shop does not have the tool to check a flat tire! I end up going to a discount tire on Colfax and they changed the tire with zero charges!!!

Talked to a guy there, explained to him that I was stranded downtown. Said they couldn’t fix a single flat tire for several days. Even after explaining that I was stranded, he said “best of luck.“

so I have a lyft car that I’m renting and I’m told to go to Goodyear cause I have a nail in my tire it’s Thursday and they’re telling me I can’t get fixed until Saturday. How can you have a contract with a company cant do service right away, especially on just a simple tire, I asked to use the bathroom and they said no rooms. I’m never back. Lyft should’ve made a deal with discount tire love them.
