I literally told people in the front desk when I pick up an order what the order number is then I get question three times by multiple staff instead of them, looking it up in the computer system then I have them contact my manager on speakerphone in front of everybody to restate the numbers for my order and it’s the exact same numbers that were written down it’s not until then. They actually looked it up in the system and realized that they had gotten a completely different part ordered wrong instead of looking what was on the paperwork. If I get treated like this, and if others get treated like this as well, what’s the point of even coming here when I can get the part from somewhere else? Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them again if I’m getting second guessed. If they can’t hear me then perhaps I need hearing aids.

It's a good place. Employees are great. If they don't have something, order through the website and so far all my orders have arrived for pickup within 3 or 4 days. Doesn't get any easier.

Not once but twice I ordered a commercial water heater from granger and both times have delays. If granger advertise expected pick up date I expect it to be here THAT day Not 4-5 day out Unacceptable. Furniture shippers and appliances shippers have no trouble getting it to me through storm and snow. So this should be no difference. Called customer service and they keep saying two days out called twos days out now it’s one day out. What am I suppose to say to the customer if the supplier is inconsistent with the shipping especially with a high need appliance for another business? Helping small businesses? I believe not. Fool me once, fool me twice, fool me three times I won’t give you the opportunity to fool me again.
