Finding the KIA Sportage Hybrid was really difficult. I called all the dealerships in CO and even some in Wyoming and Texas. But David Vigil of Grand KIA not only found what I was looking for, he also gave the best deal. David kept me informed every step of the way. There were some minor delays when my car arrived, but he informed me and kept up excellent communication. David has also been highly responsive to my questions on how things work after I picked up the car. I highly recommend working with David Vigil at Grand KIA. And I LOVE my new KIA Sportage!

I’ve been coming here for service for multiple years. A week prior I went to another dealership because it was closer to me at the time. They tried to charge me 2-3k for a very unnecessary fix. I called up to grand Kia and the service manager said to bring it in and they would take care of it. They not only fixed the problem with a simple oil change, but they didn’t charge me for all the hassle I went through with a different dealership. Honestly their service department is amazing and they have some of the best, and kindest people. I will continue to always take my car here for service. I would recommend that anyone else do the same.

I would recommend Grand Kia if you’re looking for a new vehicle. They made the process easy for me when I was going through a rough time of finding a vehicle. I would recommend Nicole Chavez as she was able to get me the vehicle I wanted with a monthly payment that I could afford. I also recommend the service department as they were able to get me in during times I needed my car looked at.

Car shopping is always a long process but we want to give our biggest thanks to David Vigil he went above and beyond for my partner and I. He got us into our new 2024 Kia Seltos!! Thank you for everything we definitely will be back for another car soon.

I bought my Kia carnival from them and I have to say when I thought of going into a dealership I thought it was gonna be a fight, but when we first walked on the lot we were met by Sterling who was so nice and easy to talk. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us, everyone at that dealership are amazing at making you feel comfortable about making a big purchase. I would highly suggest them over other dealerships for the best customer service and deals.

If I could give a 0 I would. This was literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was lied to about the service done on my vehicle. The service gentleman that was assisting me (older short gentleman with glasses) was very rude and short… The Asian gentleman that stated he was under the GM was not trying to listen and understand what was being said and done in the service department and while talking to him he stated he didn’t even know about service issues or maintenance alerts but was trying to assist instead of getting a manager that knew all departments. Andy the other assistant GM was one of the worst managers I have ever encountered in my life!!! From being condescending and yelling in my face, touching me without my consent and pointing his fingers in my face instead of trying to find a resolution with me. Then Andy and the Asian manager both laughed about the situation that I was in. Also noting that I came in without an appointment but then in service department the staff telling other clients they don’t make appointments anymore… (while catching both statements on the phone with Kia cooperate). I would never recommend this location to anyone. The worst thing about all of this is before I found out they lied I bought them donuts as a gratitude of my appreciation and then to be treated as such is disappointing. The crazier part is that Kia cooperate was on the phone with me the entire time of the visit and they couldn’t believe the treatment this staff gave me as well. They wouldn’t even listen to what they had to say but I’m so grateful that the entire call was recorded. To be out of town trying to get help and talked to the way I was is so disheartening especially because of the dangerous concerns they have left me in with my vehicle. I hope that they learn how to treat other customers going forward.

Have a wonderful experience buying our new car. Zero pressure to buy and everyone that worked there was super friendly and helpful. Worked with John Lee and couldn't be more pleased. Will recommend to anyone who asks.

Randy was amazing with working through insurance for me. He was patient and made me feel like I have made the correct choice with buying my car from him. If or when I get my next vehicle I hope Randy is still around.

So far my experience with GrandKia is good: they delivered my new Kia Telluride almost in time (just a week later, which is nothing for post-covid time), I had no problem with my first service and recall and they did the job promptly. The reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is their website and they way to work with emails. Website is half working: I was unable to schedule an appointment online (tried two browsers). I addition - they just ignore emails: while I was buying a car from them the online communication with sales manager was a pain. It was just easier to hop into a car, drive for 10 minutes and chat with somebody in person. Guys, this is 21st century, please start paying attention to IT stuff!

John Lee did an amazing job. He was able to conduct a dealer trade with another dealership to get the exact car I wanted, and save me money in the long run. Not only that, but they also drove the two hours there and back (in traffic) to get me the car I wanted so I didn’t have to. I cannot thank them enough for getting me the car I was set on. Amazing!

What more can I say but GO HERE. Went to a few other dealerships before but glad I ended up here. We were instantly greeted by John who made us feel welcomed and treated us like we were family. Ended up getting more than I wanted for a price less then what I was expecting. I mean how can you beat that? What also was nice was that Joe the manager and the other sales team members chatted with us, joked around, and was super friendly while we were waiting which made the experience enjoyable. Overall I would definitely recommend this place because it didn’t seem like you were just another customer to try to sell to but more like family.

Randy was by far the best car salesman I experienced. I went to three other car dealerships and came back to Grand Kia so Randy could help me out in buying the right car. I bought the Sportage. Hybrid and am very happy with the car and the process in getting it.

We were overcharged at the service department. Took my son's 2015 Kia Optima EX for an oil change and they charged us 7 quarts of oil instead of 5. When we called, everyone from receptionist to service department were rude. Service guy said that's how we bill. We put in random numbers until it reaches $99 for an oil change. What?!? You will be better off going to Foundation Kia. They're honest there. Avoid this place...

Absolutely fantastic experience buying a new Kia Seltos. My adult kiddo bought their first car and everyone from the beginning to the end was incredibly helpful. We really enjoyed our experience and appreciated the help with the first time car buyer. Thank you!
