Went to Grease Monkey about a month and a half ago. Their team put the wrong type of oil plug in my oil pan. Because it was the wrong plug, it ended up cracking the plastic of the oil pan causing a full leak that steadily got worse. Now I am dealing with getting my entire oil pan replaced.

My aunt took it in for a oil change and they said that it needs a transmition oil change when it didn't need one, it was brand new, they didn't change the air filter at all or cabin filter, pretty expensive, bad service, wouldn't recommend
