Craig Tre and Lewis gave me one of the best oil change experiences.. they also gave me an option list on things I needed done with my vehicle 10/10 recommend very nice people 👍🏽

They had my Jeep in and out in 10 minutes. I was puzzled about how quick it went but the place seemed sketchy and the guy wouldn't even look me in the eye. The did not top of fluids or give me an inspection report. Fast forward about a month later that I took my Jeep into a certified mechanic that informed me the the oil and filter were in desperate need of changing, they needed to top off fluids and found several items in need of repair based on a simple visual inspection. I called Grease Monkey where they did not change the oil and they don't answer or return my messages. I called the corporate customer service and they don't return my messages.
My in-laws are head of the corporate office. I will let them know that that branch is totally ripping people off.

I am always weirdly nervous to get my oil changed, but everyone here was really nice and lovely. Prices were reasonable, service was quick, and I even came on customer appreciation day and they were giving people tickets to go get waffles.

In and out in no time! Tre was super helpful, considerate and didn't pressure me into unnecessary additional costs. They even hustled to open the doors for me. Will go back!

They were quicker than I thought they would be so that is a plus. They stated on the paper work they recommended things they did not.They didn’t tell me about my wiper blades, air filter or brake fluid needed. The icing on the cake is the they filled the wiper fluid and broke the top for the reservoir. Did they tell me? Nope I found out the next day when I changed my headlight bulb. Don’t go here.
