I messed up and overfilled my coolant. I went to grease monkey just to have them empty the extra amount I put in. They ended up removing the excess, topped off my oil and windshield wiper fluid, had everything ready to go in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a dollar. Huge 5/5 recommendation and shout out to Ryan. Thank you Ryan and team! This is definitely one the best examples of excellent customer service that I’ve experienced

These guys always take care of me. They replaced and installed a valve that wasn't done elsewhere during my oil change. So grateful. I'll always remain a customer!!

Came in because of a brake light that had just gone out. Received amazing service and not only did they replace the bulb in a matter of minutes, they also ran a battery test and topped off fluids; and the best part, it was ALL complementary. Will definitely be back when an oil change is due.

Was denied service because I told them to stop shop vacuuming my car because I don't know what he was vacuuming up. Was given the most unprofessional fit I've ever seen. Never coming back.After I drove away I discovered my oil cap was left off. Reeeeeal nice maneuver from the bald gentleman.

Wow I just say this was the best experience I ever had getting some maintenance done in my truck. I needed an oil change, air filter, and transmission flush. Not only did they accept my coupon for the oil change but also gave me a discount on the rest of the services. And this was right after Christmas so the savings go a long way! lol Carlos the manager and Hugo were amazing and very helpful. Highly highly recommend coming to this grease monkey to get your vehicle services done.
