Positive reviews were accurate, glad I took a chance on this location! Fast service probably 10 min or less for an oil change, no upsell pressure which I really appreciate. They also washed my windows, aired tires, vacuumed my driver and passenger floor mats and gave me a car air freshener, all complimentary!

110 % on every aspect of service, communication within the team, and unbelievable communication with every customer…. Most importantly they deliver with every customer a high level of trust , choice, and reliability and a very unique way of making each customer feel like they are the only one…. That’s the value of trust and it is consistently presented by the entire team that work with their General Manager Keith. He is the most incredible leader of a great team and I have never witnessed a General Manager in the mechanic industry who consistently delivers excellent service and leadership skills…. nothing can substitute “peace of mind” when having your vehicle is in any kind of service.

I always have a great experience at this Grease Monkey. Staff offers to do work such as put in new air filter's but doesn’t pressure at all. They have a clean facility and well trained staff. I always recommend friends to go to this one (I have tried others and had not great experiences). You will be happy with the speed of service too.

Very professional, explain everything very clearly, this is my fourth or fifth time at this grease monkey. I never have to wait beyond what an expected. Wait time would be, I get them very high ratings.

I went in on 22 July and spent nearly $500 on a service. I was up-charged for transmission, flush and fuel injector cleaning per their recommendation . As soon as I leave the shop, my check engine light comes on …. So I stop back in on Monday to have them look at it. They say I’ll have to book an appointment at my local chevy dealer. They refused to fix the problem, or Even to look at it other than to plug their scanner into it. And they were rude. This is a shop that’s conveniently located to my office, which is why I used it for every service, but it will never happen again!
