After my daughter convincing me to give this place an other chance I brought her in for layers and we walked out with half her hair gone because the “stylist” took it upon herself to thin my daughters hair out when I questioned her on why she was thinning her hair out she got offensive towards me and made my daughter feel some type of way. As a stylist if you can not handle cutting thick curly hair you should say that instead of trying to make it more “manageable” to you. Not every head is the same as a mixed child black and Mexican my kids have texture and I understand not everyone can cut/style their hair and that should’ve been voiced before your attempt and you ruining my daughters hair.

The lady who cut my hair, didn't cut it even, did a terrible job on my haircut, overpriced, not worth what I paid& you would think, with where their located, they would know what their doing, I would give them no stars

Avoid this place. Incompetent people will ruin your haircut and your happiness. Sullen faces greet you, no smiles. Not exactly friendly, Katie was the worst hair cutter I have ever seen. I wish I had walked right back out. 😕

I liked the visit last time. This time why bother using the appt. for an approximate time when you have to wait double longer then the appt quoted. The barber didn't seem to care so keep your coupon and I won't be back. Thought I would try location again. Didn't have a problem last time a week ago. Again I used the app and zero minutes waiting time. Guy walks in without using the app gets his hair cut in front of me first. WHAT THE HELL GOOD is the app if you're going to do that. Guess I'll try back in 5 or 10 years if you're around.

I checked in online for Northfield. Blonde older employee asked me if I had checked in online. I answered yes. She said they would take care of me. A different blonde covered in tattoos then said I'd be next. I sat down in waiting room, watched 6 ppl check in after me. The two women proceeded to call 5 of them and left me there, ignoring me. I waited 45 mins for nothing and walked out. That left the last one who came in after me. The older woman spent the entire time talking excessively with one customer, disrespecting customers' time. Esp mine.

I've never seen a professional hair dresser spray water on hair for a clipper cut. Ever! When I got home and my hair dried , I had all kinds of long scraggly hair all over my head. I think it's bullshit to pay $24 and a give a tip to come home and have to fix the problem myself. Won't happen again

We went in to get a quick hair cut. The stylist didn’t even use water to cut the hair. We also got a beard trim and one side is shorter than the other. The neck was also cut without water and not even. Super disappointing. Please ask your stylist if they know how to cut a beard.

Checked in online and headed to Great Clips when my wait time was approximately 15 minutes. When I got in there were three people waiting to get their haircut and a hairstylist who was already helping a fourth. Initially, I was a little peeved that my wait time was longer than expected, but my wait time, once there was maybe 25 minutes—which in the grand scheme of things isn’t too bad. I believe the hairstylist’s name was Erica and she was kind and direct, something I appreciate. It was obvious she was doing the best she could being the only stylist in the building. I was a little nervous that I was going to get a rushed job because the haircuts before and after mine were all men’s or children’s, so I was going to take more time and more people were showing up. I have long hair and wanted a shampoo. Despite having a waitlist constantly growing, she took the time to ask me what I wanted and cut my hair accordingly in a way that I’m very pleased with. I know that in the 45 minutes I was there, two people came in having checked in online and then left within 10 minutes. I hope they don’t reflect poorly on Erica. I know they, like me, were hoping to get in and out in a quick amount of time, but when a salon is down a stylist and there’s only one person working, you’ve got to show a little grace.

Checked in and waited. For 20 min I could see on the computer that I was next and the hairdresser who has always been super rude. Didn't check the computer or even bother seeing who was next. Called and put 2 more people in the chair ahead of me. What's the point of having an online check in if the hairstylist won't honer it. Thanks great clips you've officially lost my business

The absolute worst cut ever. I look 'STUPID' now.
I told her what I wanted. She knew I wanted to look good before chemo. She ignored me completely.
I had to go back for repairs, ...BIG mistake!
She, and her coworker, made it even worse.
What took me 8 years to grow, will take 10 years to get back. I don't have anywhere near that kind of time.
She knew of my medical situation,
....AND SHE JUST DIDN'T CARE.
Requested style: all I wanted was my ears and sideburns cleaned up and trim the few longer than other hairs.
Now, my temples have 1inch to 5inch length hairs.
I LOOK STUPID!
