Made an appointment for 20 minutes at 6.:35. Got there at 6:53 door was locked, and we’re told to leave, very rude. Will never come back again. I wouldn’t recommend ever going to this place ever, if they can’t maintain their posted hours on their door and they close and tell customers to leave, not OK .there was another gentleman that had an appointment behind me that they told to leave as well, these people are not worth my time or my Patronage. DO NOT GO TO THIS !!!

Have never seen anyone try to do a scissor cut with conpletely dry hair until today! not confident nor knew what they were doing - hair is conpletely uneven and will be going somewhere else to get it fixed. Horrible with asian hair!

It looks like great clips is hiring people without any training…. Local salon do haircut thousand times better than great clips.. I want to review zero star… totally wasted my money and had to get haircut again…..

Was a little hesitant at first to come to a new place but very pleased that we did. These five stars go to Oscar who did a fantastic job on my son's hair, thank you very much you just got a new customer.

First time. Needed my hair cut. They send you out with wet hair and charged me for a shampoo. I will look for a salon that provides full services.

Deeply unsatisfied with the quality of work. Two lazy stylists with no one else in the building,not courteous.Bad customer service.I have had better work done at lower prices.They need to know that rolling their eyes at a customer thinking the latter wont notice, wont get them more business.The stylist refused to do what I wanted and outright stated that she had spent enough time on me even though there were no other customers. Wont recommend the one at 7505 E 35th Ave Ste 320, Denver,CO to anyone looking forward to relax and have quality work done.Certainly not going back there ever again or to any other Great Clips! Would give zero stars if I could.

The lady that just cut my hair. Omg she was soooooo high on pills she forgot what I asked for 3 times before she even started. A 2 on the sides tapered with a one . Keep the pt right where it is . Simple oh no I had to stop her half way through. Then she couldn't type in the coupon code they emailed me. I want my 30$ back absolutely horrible. I'll never use Great clips again.

I have long, straight, fine hair that I always considered easy to cut. Now that it is longer, it is more difficult. Sharon listened and saw how my hair laid differently when I was sitting vs standing, and how it blended into the black cape color-wise. She did a standing cut for me with a light gray cape. I appreciate her attention to details and flexibility with technique in order for me to get the best haircut for me.
