I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reliable place. The employee named Kim was shockingly rude. Instead of yelling at customers, she should learn how to do her job properly. Absolutely disgraceful behavior. I will never come back.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had at these places. Checked in online, made it there 10 minutes before I was supposed to be there, walked in and no one greeted me so I sat down. Waited and waited with my name being first on the screen up front then they proceed to take two people that came in after me and said it was cause I didn’t let them know when I got here. That’s not my job. I checked in online and got there on time. It’s their job to call my name out when it’s next or ask to check me in when I walk in. Spend your money elsewhere cause these people care nothing about you.

Got a haircut today with Ashley and she did an awesome job! I have a lot of thick, coarse hair and some stubborn cowlicks, but she totally understood how to work with it. She really listened to what I wanted and nailed the cut. I also bring my 8-year-old son to her, and his haircuts always turn out great too. She’s just great!

$26 is how much a basic trim should cost (+tips). not $80 and of course God not $100 as I was told in 5 other fancy hair salons!
I just need to cut off the dead edges please. it literally takes 10 min from when I enter the door to when I pay

A man named Chris working here cut off 6-7 inches of my waist length hair when I asked for 1.5 inches off for a trim. SUPER sad and upset. I stood up and he was like "uh, that was more than 2", is that okay...?" It's like... well I guess it has to be? You cut off 7 inches of my hair! It's also uneven. I feel super violated, honestly. How can you ask for 1.5 inch trim and this dude cuts off SEVEN INCHES. NEVER coming to a Great Clips again. The manager was like "we will train him on better consultations with clients" but it's like! How can you have literally one job and still mess it up? Ugh.

Literally the worst haircut of my son's life. Andrew Literally did EXACTLY what I asked him NOT to do. I have never left a salon so angry. I'm a great tipper, did NOT tip. I truly wanted to walk out of there and NOT pay. He did NOT have an ounce of remorse, NEVER apologized, while I'm passionately asking him why he did NOT listen to me???? FRICKING TERRIBLE. HE IS THE REASON I QUIT great clips for good. It will take all summer to get my son's hair grown back out to fix it. I'm still mad. Argh!!!

Andrew is a man of few words, but who needs words when you’re a black belt with scissors. If you’re a guy needing a great but affordable haircut, Andrew is your guy. I tend to get more stylish haircuts and am usually skeptical of great clips but Andrew has never let me leave with a bad cut
