Very poor experience. I checked in online for a haircut for myself and my two boys. We arrived to the salon without anyone else on the pre-check ahead of us. One stylist took one of my sons and the other took someone that was checked-in after and lower on the pre-check list. Then, they took another person that was checked-in after we had arrived. It undermines the process when the stylists do not honor the order in which clients pre-check and arrive. I will be returning to a facility that honors appointments and respects clients time.

I have frequented this location for over 14 years with positive results. Last month I went in for a trim and received the worst haircut imaginable. I have a 1” piece in the crown (top) of my hair. I had mostly one length with some movement at the bottom which is what I asked for again. My hair looks like it was cut by a child. I reached out and got nothing except offer of MORE HAIRCUTS. I will never return and will never recommend I cannot wear my hair down until it grows which will be months. I am totally dissatisfied with the service AND the customer service from management. If I could give negative stats I would. Before posting thisI reached back out to management asking for product instead of haircut and I have not received any response. Do not recommend

I miss Betty, Janet, and Coryn!!! This location used to be the best around. Now it's the worst.
I shouldn't have to explain how to cut bangs. Who cuts them off to the side?! My bangs are now shorter than Spocks. She didn't try to get them all or see what was already there. She didn't even try to do the layers I asked for. She just wanted to move on to the next customer.

Janet cut my hair, and she did a great job and l've literally never had my hair/head feel so postive like she put good energy into!!! 10/10 reccomend!

Terrible terrible cut. Random sections of hair poking out of every side of my head. Length is uneven. Hair is still blocking my eyes. I guess its 'pay for what you get..' but I paid 27 and now I can't go out in public and need to pay for another cut.

this place is decent and I did get in quickly and all, but my complaint is that the gal who cut my hair obviously was in a rush and didnt seem to care about doing a good job on my hair. it was very obvious that she didnt seem to care and rushed through it. she also didnt even bother dealing with the bit of bangs that I have.
